« This house is in a great location. It's very convenient to restaurants in downtown Roanoke. The beds were comfy. The couches aren't the ones pictured. The current couches are short, 2 seater loveseats. »

« Unfortunately, there weren’t as many beds/rooms as listed so we weren’t able to stay there comfortably and ended up leaving. There were only two rooms. There was one room with a queen bed, one room with a bunk bed and a twin bed, and then a sofa couch in the living room. There was also a hallway that had a chair bed that we were asked to help bring in. We had six adults and two kids and could not fit in this home comfortably. « This cute little house worked perfect for us! Kitchen had everything we needed, outdoor seating to enjoy the sunshine, laundry was helpful, and the beds were comfortable. Maybe less full pillows, but otherwise great. Modern and clean! Loved the photo of the dog in Lane Stadium! Close to restaurants, grocery, theater, and Virginia Tech! »

« We had originally booked the studio apt for Jan 9 to visit an elderly parent - a family emergency came up and we had to move our visit to as soon as possible - the owner kindly allowed us to transfer the booking to an earlier date, the 5th (the day after my distressed call) at the cottage instead so other family members could stay as well. Owner is not local, so apparently did not know that the cottage was not quite prepared for guests- it was clean, but not stocked and had some repairs going...
