« Great location very quiet and close to city and shops… Beautiful outdoor area so much space enough for over 20 people.. loved the view and the backyard so nice and very well maintained.. good size rooms but only my consider is need Ac at upstair room and downstairs room… Otherwise everything great… »

« We enjoyed a wonderful weekend retreat at the Rye House. It was exactly what we’d hoped for. Perfect for several adults with 5 bedrooms. The house is surrounded by farmland, is very quiet,with a nice outlook. All that and only a few minutes drive from Kangaroo Valley township. »

« Kids had a ball. Woke up of their own accord before 6am to feed the calves and baby lambs and collect the chickens eggs. Judith and Don were so nice. Great experience, can’t wait to do it again. »

« Loved the house, beautiful, warm, and cozy. Loved the surroundings, beautiful, lush green gardens and pastures, and the autumn coloured trees. Loved the night sky filled with stars. Loved sitting on the deck in the mornings, listening to the birds, and smelling the fresh mountain air. Loved collecting fresh eggs for breakfast in the morning. Loved the feelings of peace, rest, and joy experienced. Loved everything about this place and hope to come back. »

« Great size property - although we had the impression there was direct access to the water, based on the images & image caption. A spacious house for a comfortable stay. Designed with entertaining in mind. We made the most of the excellent deck, barbecue & pizza oven. Plenty of lights so you can keep enjoying yourself late into the night. Our toddler had a wonderful time on the swing & slide. The trampoline was with a hit with our toddler and all the adults! We enjoyed gathering around the...

« The house is a simple cottage but offers the perfect escape from the city and reconnect with nature. Each morning we ate our breakfast and drank coffee out on the verandah listening to the birds and looking out at the beautiful views and it so tranquil. This is definitely the highlight of the house. »

« What a wonderful getaway we all had here in this beautiful valley. The house is great and had every amenity we needed. Comfy beds, lounges and a cosy fireplace environment. Great for family and/or a group of friends. We love to eat and drink so brought an esky as well which was helpful. It was so cool seeing all the wildlife especially the wombats :) Would love to come back some day. Thank you! »

« My husband and I wanted to have a relaxing weekend to celebrate our anniversary. We’re so glad we booked to stay here. Everything was so easy! MIchael was very quick to respond to any question we had and does everything to ensure you have an enjoyable stay. The house has a magnificent large open fire and big free standing bath. The beds and linen are very comfy. Michael is extremely respectful of privacy. We didn’t see him at all during our stay, but he made sure to fill the outside wood box...
