« The staff were great, honest and location convenient. I left an item in the room at check out and they returned it to me before I left. However, 1 was only there for 1 day, I tried to check in at 2pm but they couldnt find my reservation and had to wait till 4pm, I contacted Expedia for assistance, hence I do not know who's fault it was that the reservation was not found. »
