« The staff was great. The only thing I'd The air conditioner in our room was not cold. I keep my room and house cold and I set it low but it did not get cold. I was not dying , but I did not have to use the covers. And the toilet was quick to clog. But the room was so big, the tv was nice. I would come back to stay, just alone of how nice big the room was. »

« Firstly, they advertise that they have breakfast but all you get is Coffee. My biggest issue is the $50 deposit that should be refunded was never refunded. Saw the transaction in my back account and it was pending a $0.00 refund so they are fully aware that they didn’t refund me, just made it look like a refund was coming my way. »

« The room was very clean and very friendly staff. We enjoyed the stay. Couple of issues with our key never working when we returned to room. We had to go back down to desk everyone which got very annoying considering it was a four night stay. They never assigned my room to wi-fi. Also, my son left a piece of jewelry there. « I would not recommend this hotel. When I called to report roaches in the room, they hung up the phone instead of addressing my concerns. Overall, I was uncomfortable and stated that I could leave rather than offering any another assistance as I was from out of state. »
