Please note that pool heating and cooling are optional for $100/day and must be purchased for the duration of your stay. BEACH CREDIT
Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights between April 1 and October 31 include a valuable credit toward beach gear rentals during your stay! You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more—the choice is yours.

WHAT IS INCLUDED?
Linens are included with your reservation and contain the following: flat and fitted bed sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths. We also know that you may want to relax without stopping at the store as soon as you arrive on the island. To get you started, we provide a welcome kit with a trash bag, a roll of paper towels, a roll of toilet paper, a dishwasher pod, a washing machine pod, dishwashing soap, and a small sample of shampoo and conditioner.

MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENTS
As you will find when selecting dates on the calendar, there are minimum stay requirements based on the season. There is a 7-night minimum with a mandatory Saturday-to-Saturday rental pattern during the peak summer months, and there is more flexibility in the slower seasons.
