The house was as-advertised. Definitely having the golf cart (LSV) was a selling point for us, and it was worth it. Getting the key took about 90 seconds, and use was perfect for the 6 of us staying there. The beach was just down the road and having the resident pass for parking was also awesome. Ample chairs for beach time as well.We used the hot tub nearly every night, and the location of a TV next to it allowed us to catch some March Madness and relax. Just as we walked in the house, a smoke alarm was beeping from a low battery. A quick text to the host and somebody was in and replacing the battery within MAYBE 5 minutes, probably less. She was super plesant as well.Definitely enjoyed the location to the beach, the public boat dock, the nature center, shops, everything. Like we said, the golf cart helped make everything a 5 or 10 minute trek away. The home was very clean. The beds and furniture were comfortable. The large table was perfect for our nightly family meals. Kitchen stools made for a perfect place for eating OKI Donuts and coffee.
