Hotel is located in an industrial area - where a VERY mentally unstable homeless man was walking all over the property, including up and down the stairs and around everyone’s rooms, frequently yelling and swearing- pushing his shopping cart of belongings at times. Very frightening. But the hotel staff seemed to know this man and allowed him to have free reign of their property. Meanwhile, multiple paying customers did not feel safe to walk outside of their rooms- we would see multiple patrons looking over their shoulders and hurrying as they walked to their cars or to the office. The street the hotel is on was lined with no less than 20+ trashed broken-down cars and motorhomes either abandoned or with homeless living in them, including a very young child, we saw playing in the debris. I’ve never seen so much trash, broken glass, and drug paraphernalia littering the sidewalks. Piled high! We saw Drug deals out of cars, and what appeared to be prostitution too. Even the front desk had bulletproof glass. with just a tiny slit to slide your ID under and you could barely hear the employee give instructions to us and other patrons as we checked. We would urge serious caution in choosing this hotel.
