« What we absolutely loved about our stay, and what made the experience uniquely special, was the exceptional treatment that Joshua showered us with—from the time he greeted us at our vehicle upon check-in—to the time he walked us to our vehicle at checkout. The room and common areas were flawlessly kept, the property was peaceful, and the other guests were just as pleased as we were to share such a wonderful space. The added bonus is that Joshua makes a superb quiche! »

« When we went to properthy, AC was not working ...the manager she was really good and staff tried to help us but there was no other room available and they were not able to fix issue. we were so tired and we need to change the hotel. I was not expecting this from Holiday Inn. »

« This stay was abnormal location for me, but by surprise it was very suitable for an Inn. The staff was nice. The room was large with a refrigerator, it had comfortable beds, and was very clean. The bathroom was small and could use some cosmetic updates- but it did the job. It has a large field area for dogs to play &/or potty. There aren't any decent hotels in Chrisman and this was the closest most decent, and cleanest location to lodge at. I would definitely stay there again and highly...

« Well it was not exactly the feeli g of clean and comfortable that I was going for it had stained blankets the floor had stains the shower had no bar to hold my rag the drain fell apart and becsme detached from the tub the shower head fell off the water was really hot I did get burnt when above all I had problems with the front desk again which makes it a second time that only made it a more uncomfortable situation if like a refund but it'll take tjem 7 days for them to refund me only sickens me...

« Checking went without any issues, Staff was nice. The room was satisfactory, clean and ready. nice to have a mini fridge for leftovers from dinner, but unfortunately the microwave did not work. Thankfully the AC worked. We checked in late and only stayed for one night, so it was fine. We didn't even turn on the TV to see if it worked LOL, (too tired). I was looking forward to the swimming pool, but it was closed. By the looks of it it has seen better days. Breakfast was good, but ran out of...

« The ,toilet didn't work properly. There was hair on the shower walls from the last guest that I had to rinse away. The HVAC unit was abundantly noisy. Bed was comfortable but I got a terrible nights sleep. Soap bar was the size of a half dollar. You couldn't get any lather on my wash cloth. All in all, not what I expected. »

« We arrived at approximately 9:30pm and the lobby was closed. There was a # to call posted on the door. A nice young lady came from another building right away. She gave me key cards to a room that was nasty and smelled terrible. There was something growing on the walls. I called her for a different room and she met me at the lobby for new key cards. We checked this room before carrying anything in and it was not suitable for our needs. I called her again and she said she would call me back. I...
