« Lana was great. Location was close to interstate and easy to navigate around the area. Two king beds were great and the other room has 2 beds. Everyone had their own space. Kitchen had everything we needed. Communication with Lana was amazing. She repsonded quickly to all our questions and needs. Not sure when we will come this way again but will stay here if we do! »

« The apartment is beautifully put together. Great amenities - appliances, coffee, tea, oatmeal, fresh flowers, etc. This had windows all around, so great light and beautiful craftsman decor. Location was great for us - close to UCB but not overrun with students. Amazing shops within the five-seven block. Clearly a beloved neighborhood. Easy checkin and chill check out. Great bath and kitchen. Good internet etc. »

« This is a recently renovated house. The kitchen is well stocked with new everything. The beds are comfortable. The decor is nice. Appreciated having laundry soap, cloth napkins, the back deck, enough TP, Kleenex box, shower amenities, and nice towels. The location is prime as it is near our family and close to a plethora of good restaurants. Host was responsive to questions.One suggestion is to add screens to all windows and sliding glass doors. »

"Nous avons apprécié le sur classement offert par l'hôtel pour notre unique nuit a Hyatt House. Merci. Nous devions quitter très tôt l'hôtel pour aller a la gare juste a côté, 6h30 le petit déjeuner inclu n'était pas dressé. Le Samedi c'est a 7h. Si vous devez vous rendre a la Station de train juste a côté, sachez que l ascenseur pour accéder a la passerelle est en panne et l'environnement pas très propre. Vous devrez prendre des escaliers, difficile si vous avez des valises. L'hôtel n'est pas responsable de cette passerelle mais vu que l'hôtel prône l'accès à la Gare, il m'a semblé intéressant de le noter. Je souhaite que l'ascenseur soit réparé et entretenu pour une meilleure mise en valeur de ce très beau hôtel avec un personnel a l'écoute. A très bientôt."
