« This property is awesome and David is a great host! Due to an unexpected medical situation, we had to rebook for different dates- David was very cooperative and helpful in getting that done without any issues. This is a great property with great views, cozy rooms and safe, secure access. We won’t stay anywhere else while visiting Stockton!!!! »

« Very nice property with lots of space for our family get together. Great communication with the hosts. Would recommend. »

« This house has lots of sleeping space, a nice living room with a big tv, and a large dining table for cars and other games. There is also a hot tub and firepit that I wish we could have used, but it was too cold outside for our old bodies. »

« This backyard cottage was comfortable and clean! It looked like everything was newly remodeled and very tastefully done. I stayed for 3 days with my dog. It was only about a block away from a nice park where I could walk my dog. It was quiet and the kitchen had everything you would need. I very much enjoyed my stay! »

« This location and property were perfect for our multi-generation family group. The river access was perfect, no wake in front for swimming with quick fast water to teach the grandkids to water ski. The pool was great and the hot tub a treat. The house was comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. The communication with Alina and Eric was great. Would definitely stay here again. »

We were looking for a quiet NICE & peaceful place to stay where we could relax and swim and that’s exactly what we got.Neighborhood is on the older side, but this place is a gem, regardless. Close to food & shopping. Clean, updated and just all around pretty home. Upgraded and bright. Stocked with just about everything you need - I don’t think we came across a single thing that wasn’t provided and we cooked several meals!Super...
