Very echo and noisy, every night primor coming after midnight ringing the Bell. It is not optimal for family who sleep early and wake up early. The chair down the first floor are very noisy. The shower ceramic could be cleaned. A little paint in the room and wall crack fixing would be more appropriate according to price. "
