« The hotel spa is small but clean, but the opening hours are very limited. Everything at the hotel is beautiful and elegant. It’s located next to ski lifts so there’s an easy access to the slopes. The staff is nice and friendly but has trouble speaking English but most of the visitors were German anyway. The only trouble is that there aren’t any shops or many restaurants nearby, the hotel kitchen wasn’t open daily. There’s only one restaurant next to the hotel and it’s great but variety would...

« Pros: The location of this chalet is wonderful for Summer walking. It is remote at nearly 2,000m altitude but with car access to the front door. This means you have the most amazing hiking routes straight from your front door. Beautiful, peaceful and a wonderfully relaxing stay. The hosts were so welcoming and friendly and always available to respond to any questions or issue. This is a lovely chalet with everything you need for a wonderful family holiday. »

« It was a good clean hotel »

« Our experience at Hotel Steiner was unfortunately very disappointing. One of the main reasons we specifically chose this hotel was air conditioning, yet it did not work properly for a significant portion of our stay. Whenever we contacted the staff with a question or problem, they seemed unsure how to help and the response was almost always, “We will call you back.” To their credit, they usually did call back, but unfortunately the follow-up rarely provided an actual solution or a clear answer...

« It is one of the best location to visit the Lake of Carezza. Dinner and service were perfect and we really enjoyed our stay! »

« Superbe hotel dans le centre du village 👍 »

« Great location with gorgeous views. Multi generational, family owned and operated. Kind people. Michelin star dining available and well worth it! »
