You will love the low-density, expansive beach at this location, the two Free, on-site, assigned parking spaces and additional free street parking in front of the building. The kitchen comes equipped with a full suite of major appliances for planning homemade meals with ease, plus a three-seater breakfast bar for morning coffee/tea from the Keurig, drip, or kettle. The 10-person dining table sets the stage for family dinner nights and the NEW living room furniture welcomes casual downtime with comfortable seating and a massive smart TV (Samsung TV+ and Roku). The expansive private balcony off the living area is the perfect perch for sunrise and sunset viewing, or a crab feast. The second balcony is accessible from the primary bedroom. Home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, outdoor shower, and a private washer/dryer. A ground-floor beach equipment closet features beach chairs, toys, a spike ball game, and storage space.' Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Parking height restriction of 5'11' under the building. Boats and trailers are not permitted in the parking lot.
