Great location

Right next to bull on the beach and other good restaurants. Loved there was a 7-eleven literally in front of the building. My only compliant would be there was no toilet paper when we arrived. I purchased the linen package and for the price felt that should be included. We had to run out and get toilet paper. We would stay here again- just remember to bring toilet paper.

Little family getaway

This is our first time staying at a VRBO. We were nervous not knowing what the condo looked like and seeing what they had there. There were 5 adults (myself, husband, oldest daughter, son in law and mother in law) and 3 kids (ages 4, 6 & 8). This place was amazing! Very clean, which is a huge factor. Amazing view of the ocean from the master bedroom and balcony. We reached out to the manager with an issue (someone accidentally parked in our spot) and he responded immediately. Bed are very comfortable! Furniture is clean and comfy! Can not say enough good things about this condo! Also the neighborhood seemed very safe.

Good location, bring everything with you

This condo was perfectly located. We had a great time. However, the owners or management made no effort to have the place ready for the guests. There was half a toilet paper roll on both bathrooms, no hand soap, no dish soap, no paper towel. We knew the linens and towels weren't included but the least is to have toilet paper available for your guests that are paying good money to stay. I am writing this so the place can be improved because it is a nice place.

The condo is in a prime location. The beaches were not crowded, clean and beautiful. The property manager was very responsive and quick to resolve any issues. The condo was not 100% in cleanliness but we would still visit again!

Perfect Getaway Location

Vacationed with friends from college (we’re in our 60’s, now). Great location - right on the beach, which was very quiet and not crowded in the least. Close to stores, restaurants - and easy access inland and to DE to shop the outlets. The property was very clean. We had a couple of very minor maintenance requests and they were addressed promptly and thoroughly. We’re already talking about renting this same unit again for our next relaxing beach trip!

Great condo for a family stay. Would have rated it a 5 except for the early check out time. Check out was 10am and there was a $20 charge for every additional hour if you needed to check out later.

Flying Cloud unit 503

Nice place, the bunk beds worked out great for the teenagers. Master bedroom is really nice with a private bath and side entrance to the outside patio. The blinds were easy to use and worked great to block out the morning sun. The kitchen was a good size and everything worked. Was nice to have a washer and dryer for small loads. Didn’t need to bring as many clothes as other trips. Having an elevator was a big plus from years past and very easy access to the beach. Beach was not too crowded, easy to find a place for everyone in our group. All in all everyone enjoyed the place, we would stay there again.

Ocean City stay in June

Great rental right on the beach. Unit is clean, well organized, and well furnished. My wife and I stayed with our 3 kids (10,8,2.5) and wanted the three bedrooms so that our little one could take naps in his own room. The first room in the unit worked well for this, as it is located behind the kitchen and away from the main area. Very spacious and comfortable week for our family. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils/pans/bagel toaster/glassware/etc. and the griddle was great for cooking eggs and sausage for breakfast. Main area is tidy and comfortable with the glass slider to the patio giving a beautiful view of the beach. Patio furniture was comfortable and nicer than most other units. Slider to the left of the patio leads to master and big glass windows combined with the patio give a gorgeous panorama view to wake up to the sunrise (shutters will not block out the morning sun in the master, so if you're not an early riser you may not like it). Patio was great to sit and enjoy a meal or take in the sights, sounds and smells of the rolling waves and birds nature provided. The beach in front of the flying cloud was consistently the least populated, which was nice; probably due to this building being one of the smallest on the beach. 2 minutes from our your door, to down the elevator, to in the beach. Beach is immaculate and well kept. Soft sand, horseshoe crabs- lots of osprey, blackhead seagulls, heron, storks and more make for awesome bird watching. One elevator leads up to the unit on the 5th floor and there is no real lobby, just a small waiting room with glass doors and walls on both sides to access the elevator. Bring a beach cart to carry stuff up and down the elevator because the stairwells are smaller. 20 minute drive to Assateague to see wild horses, 5-10 minute drive to boardwalk. Layton's donuts and breakfast one block over was a great place to eat. Highly recommend for families.
