Inside, the bright and welcoming living area gives everyone room to relax after a day in the sun. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals, beach snacks, or your morning coffee before heading out for the day. When it’s time to unwind, settle in for a movie or enjoy some downtime together.



The condo comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests with a King-size bed in the primary bedroom, Full-over-Full bunk beds in the second bedroom, and a sofa bed in the living room. Both bedrooms feature brand-new mattresses for a comfortable night’s sleep.



Step onto the private balcony to enjoy the coastal breeze with your morning coffee or evening drink. Central air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer add convenience throughout your stay.

Other Things to Note:

Guests must be 25 years or older to book this property.

All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.



Parking: Two designated on-site parking spaces are included with this rental.



Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
