Excellent Fall Get-Away

Perfect spot for three retired friends to enjoy a "girls get-away" and art classes at the Ocean City Center for the Arts. Beautiful property; great views of the bay where we watched gorgeous sunsets from the large windows. This was our second stay at this property; would love to come back.

Remarkable Location

Plenty of Space for family of 6. Huge patio with unbelievable views. Clean throughout. Washer was a plus. Pool right outside door was great. Your a football field away from Ocean. Great restaurants within walking distance. Very happy with overall experience. Owners very responsive with questions prior to visit.

Easter break

Our family had a great weekend away from all the hustle and busyness of lives. Just wish we had realized the beds were hard. My husband has back issues and the bed was a stiff mattress. Kitchen was better stocked than most. Would stay here again

Off season is nice

My wife and I wanted to get away for a few days and go someplace nice and quiet. We saw this apartment and very reasonable off-season rates and being over a few hours away from our home we decided to give it a try. We love nature and hiking and there’s so many places within an hour of here that was so nice to visit, and became a very comfortable and peaceful stay. The condo had a beautiful view and the big porch that we spent many hours on in spite of the less than ideal weather that comes with the end of October. The place was clean, the bed comfortable, and all in all we had a very nice time. The criticisms are very minor. There was no dustpan to use with the broom. Who knows where that might’ve gone. We didn’t use the other two bedrooms but they really had old TVs in them as other people have pointed out which my wife and I certainly didn’t care about. All in all it was a wonderful stay. Just know we never had to talk to the property manager so I really couldn’t read them. I gave them a five but only because I had to write something

Nice Place.

Condo was very nice and well equipped with those things must people would need. It is located at the end of the dead end street. we visited end of February beginning of March. It was a little cool and very windy at our time of visit, but was very relaxing. Condo is at the edge of the marsh, don't know about the smell during warmer months? over all I would stay again. It is close to most things of interest... but just far enough to be relaxing. If you decide to visit this condo, I am sure you will be happy! Enjoy.

Wonderful Stay

The views are absolutely stunning from this rental. We loved how the unit was updated overall. As previously mentioned, the TVs need to be upgraded. It’s not a huge expense to do this. The unit was listed as having WiFi and cable, which it does, DURING THE ON-SEASON ONLY. I never would’ve booked a unit where these amenities were not in place during the off season. However, Vacasa was super responsive and refunded me way more $$ than I thought they would for the lack of amenities. I suggest they make this clear in the description. During the off season there is no WiFi or cable. Also, as it was off season, the rental probably hadn’t been used in a bit and it was COLD in there, even after setting the heat to as high as it would go (72). Normally this isn’t a big deal, but my elderly parents and 18 month old were freezing. But again, Vacasa was extremely responsive and quickly showed up with space heaters which totally saved the day! The beds were cozy and we loved the DVDs. Again, it’s the views that stole the show.

Looked just like the pictures!

What a wonderful condo with an amazing view. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. It would be great if the TVs in the bedrooms were just a little bit larger, particularly the one in the master bedroom. We had a wonderful time.

Definitely will return in the future! Beautiful condo and fantastic views of the bay.

The view from The balcony was amazing, that’s what our family enjoys during dinner is to watch the sun set and it was a perfect view from the dinner table. The condo was immaculate and beautifully decorated. The fridge is huge and the freezer works perfectly. I definitely recommend renting this property for sure 😌 our family was very happy with it. Also it was quiet being on the corner and across from the pool was a great plus for our 5yr old she is a “fish”. Thanks again!

Triton's Treat

The 5 of us (3 different branches of the same family tree) had a very good time here, and especially loved the corner location, excellent porch view overlooking the marsh with its wildlife and sunsets. However, we were never able to get the internet; the icemaker worked inconsistently, the coffee maker needs replacing and we had some trouble keeping the screen doors on the track. Housekeeping supplies could be improved (more dishwashing pods, small wisk broom?) Loved the pool and the short walk to the beach. Successful vacation.

Very very nice place! Hope to stay there again.

Clean, comfortable, everything you need is there! The location of my condo was around the back, so I was able to park on the street which was close to our door. Very convenient. Only complaint is that the towels could be softer.

Loved it!!

I loved the property! Perfect location, walking distance to many great restaurants and shops! 5 minute walk to the beach! Pool is right outside the door! Beautiful views! We spent a lot of time out on the patio taking in the view! The unit wa perfect, very spacious well decorated. The beds where comfy it was perfect! I wish the pool was open later than 8. I would definitely recommend, and would definitely book again!

Cranky condo owners

Upon arrival we were unable to gain access to the pool because we werent able to check in as we arrived in the morning.After we gained access to the room and the key to the pool gate we saw that the cleaning crew never cleaned our room so we had to call vrbo to contact local management to have the crew come back and clean our condo. They eventually showed up and cleaned claiming the owner told them noone was renting that week and she could leave .Very grouchy old people living at the condo harrassing our kids at the pool.

Peaceful retreat.

The unit was clean and well equipped. One plus is the sheets are already on beds and towels provided. Late checkout was also nice. There were a few bugs... I guess ground floor units are prone to this. Maybe have an exterminator come in. Other than that it was really nice and we had a nice time for a last minute vacation.

Clean and new, great for a week at the beach

I stayed at this unit for 4 days at the end of April 2019 with three relatives for a golf weekend. The place was very clean and kitchen and baths were new. Nice living room, nice views of the bay. There were a couple of things that do need attention. The key box was difficult to see and open. and there was only one key. I would suggest for $75 a key less entry door knob. Also the front porch area is a little dark and could use some cleaning up. You couldn't adjust the A/C below 72. The room was stuffy when we arrived and on the warm side. we wanted to turn on the A/C to air the place out. Thankfully the weather was cool for the next few days we were there. The unit needs a new coffee pot, it takes 20 minutes to brew a cup of coffee. There were grounds in the pot left by the last tenant and who ever made the coffee left dirty cups in the cabinet. As the weather got cool we looked for blankets there were only 2 very thin one. The master bedroom sliding door did not lock properly. The twin beds are for children they did not accommodate adults. 2 of my guests were uncomfortable in them, and we couldn't find any garbage bags for the kitchen. they may have been there but we didn't see them. All in all a very nice place and a pleasant stay. just a few minor details needing attention

Wonderful place to stay!

The condo was perfect! Plenty of room, very clean, BEAUTIFUL view from the balcony. Walking distance from great restaurants and the beach! I wish we could have stayed an additional week! Will definitely rent again!

Condo was nice.

The condo was nice but way to far away from boardwalk. Parking spots assigned to us we could not use the people building across the street had out spots. The 2 bedrooms had very small tv"s not good. We had an issue while we were there workers came to do a water test no one informed us about had to change our plans for the day. Homeaway nor the landlord addressed this issue for me when I returned home. I feel I was brushed off and not happy the condo cost pretty much for a week and only had 4 towels for 2 people constantly had to wash and dry them. I would never rent this condo again or use homeaway.
