Awesome stay

Second time staying here and we loved it! The pool is steps away and the boardwalk has everything you need!!! Close to the ride pier for kids! Loved staying here! Already booked our next years trip!

Excellent location and great layout

Loved the wide open shared space, very good for social gatherings while everyone had their own room, and three whole bathrooms to share! The condo is right on the beach, and we never had to go more than 2 blocks for our meals and entertainment. Parking for two cars is a great perk!

Amazing location and good space.

This property did have alot of potential. The cons were there was small stuff missing but it's important stuff to make sure your guest are safe. It's an amazing location. Who ever cleans needs to make sure they look at the decor and ceilings. Maintaince doesn't really come if called.

Wonderful Week!

We came to OC for a softball tournament and this was the perfect location! The condo was clean and up to date. My kids loved having direct access to the pool. We enjoyed being able to walk to the beach and the boardwalk and lots of great restaurants! Totally recommend Anglers on the bay side! The kitchen was well stocked and the beds where very comfortable. Will definitely stay here again!

Belmont Towers 410 rental review

Great location, walkable to beach. Convenience, pool and picnic tables are right outside of the patio, however two patio chair-legs were imbalance. The place can use a bit of maintenance repairs TLC, for example, patio screen door and closet doors unhinged, blinds not working, low water pressure, tight parking and not easily locate parking space on arrival, etc..

Great Location

My only complaint is I wish I knew what was there before I went, i.e. coffee filters were on site, and the welcome bag I received had TP, a sponge garbage bags and more but didn't know I didn't need to bring it.

Screen door and shower door was off they had to put up a shower curtain and that wasn't until the next day. Dirty pans. So we ate out the whole time. The patio had trash left on it and two broken chairs.

Perfect location

House was perfect for a family of 7. Location perfect. Few things I would consider is the cleaning crew isn’t the greatest. The bunk beds had wrappers and food stuff in the side of beds. The quilts/comforters/shams were all stained and didn’t smell clean. We had to wash those before sleeping in beds. The kitchen had some utensils and pots and pans that were put away dirty and needed washed before using. Living room sliding glass door was really hard to open and close and eventually came off track and we couldn’t shut it all the way or lock it. It was reported but nothing was done. The house overall is beautiful and amenities were great. I would just consider a new cleaning crew.

Good location but not the cleanest

The location is perfect there is no doubt about that. But when it come to things being clean it wasn’t up to par. Our feet would be black from the floors after just getting out of the shower. There was mold in the bathroom, the doors kept coming unhinged to go outside. We got locked out of our room and the pool was green and dirty. They finally cleaned the pool on our last day and my daughter was able to go in for 20 minutes

Overall we had a great time and it was perfectly located, we only had to drive out a couple times. I wish the kitchen was more stocked. Light bulbs didn't really work in the second bathroom. One sink was not draining properly in the master bathroom. The shades had instructions on how to operate them, however they found in the draw, rather than posted on the wall to prevent damage to the shades and or blinds. There should be notice of where to rinse sand off of yourself outside the building. With not many on the beach, we found it difficult to rinse off without dragging some sand in.

Unit #410 - We will be back!

This unit is the best one we’ve stayed in yet (at Belmont)! We’ve been renting in Belmont for years, and we lived this unit. It was clean (thank you Vacasa), organized, and well appointed. The kitchen was well stocked - thank you for having a Keurig and a decent set of knives for at home cooking. It’s all in the little things. We really enjoyed our 2 weeks in OC and looking forward to 2023!

Inaccurate Listing

The location was perfect! but the property was awful! Upon our arrival the bathrooms were not fully cleaned and they did not have any amenities like they said they would. I called Vacasa 2 times before I arrived to ensure we had a good amount of towels, blankets, toilet tissue, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods etc and they told me on the phone everything would be there. But when we arrived they only had a couple of blanks and towels- no soap or anything at all. I called the check in place and they would not pick up- started calling Vacasa and someone got back to me saying that there isn't a property manager around so we'd have to wait until the next morning to get some essentials. We went out and bought them at a local place but the point is it was inconvenient and inconsistent with their listing and what I was told on the phone. The listing states everything would be included and the Vacasa agent confirmed with me 2 times that everything I needed would be there- but when we got there, nothing. This was one of our worst experiences in Ocean City, will not stay with Vacasa managed properties again.

This condo has easy access to the pool and easy access to the elevator to the boardwalk! It’s quiet considering being on the boardwalk! Great location and upgrades / clean bedding/ great spot!

This is a five star rental. We loved our unit at the pool level and the large outdoor patio. The location is perfect. The only thing I would add is a larger trash/recycling bin I the kitchen.
