The amount of things wrong with this place was shocking! The carpets were beyond filthy, broken sinks, ice maker that was broken, towel bar missing in bathroom, water filter in refrigerator had not been changed since 2023, and only being there a few days, calling and reporting the mess would have had appliance people, carpet cleaning people, general contractors plumbers, so where is the quiet and peacefulness in all of that? The representative said the home met her approval, well, I didn’t feel comfortable with even my service dog laying on the carpet, and some dishes were dirty, cooktop was dirty, just so so disappointing! Yes, location was nice, parking a distance away wasn’t a huge issue. Make sure you take damage protection! A maintenance man we met said it was good we did, he said “they would have nailed us for all the filth and damage!” Of course they wouldn’t even consider any kind of recourse. We were glad to go home and be in a clean environment…. Do your research! We thought we did, so so disappointed and sad, it was a celebration weekend, we were embarrassed to share the home with our dearest friends.
