Family vacation

Property was perfect for our family. Boat dock was great and the jet ski dock was a welcome surprise. (We brought our two skis and rented a pontoon)There was a problem with the up stairs AC and they got it fixed very quickly. They were very responsive to any requests we had. Definitely would rent it again!

Great location - even with Hurricane Debby

We had a great visit with this property
great location with easy ramp access to beach being just a short walk away. House is AWESOME with each bedroom having its own bathroom! Property management was very communicative and was easy to deal with. Hurricane Denny threw a wrinkle, but we had a great time regardless!

Oyster Festival

We had friends who stayed here before covid and loved it. So we rented it for the Oyster Festival with our family. Everyone was happily. Plenty of space and enjoyed the outside to. No issues, very pleasant stay. Will rent again in the future.

So relaxing!

This was our first visit to Ocean Isle. We loved being on this end of the Island, very new and quiet, except for some construction noise the last few days. The house is exactly as pictured. Very clean. We loved the upper deck! The view from there is wonderful. We had our coffee out there every morning, and my friends spent a lot their afternoons there! The beach is so close! The pool is clean and beautiful, just too cold to use this time of year. We would recommend heating it if you really want to use it. The kitchen is beautiful and had everything we needed to cook a couple of meals. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. We can't wait to come back to Ocean Isle next year!

Amazing experience!

The whole experience was awesome! Cindy was a jewel to work with. The house was super clean and very updated. The kitchen had everything we needed to fix some meals and plenty of plates, glasses, silverware and pots and pans. The decor was super nice with quality decorations. The location to the beach was less than a minute and views from the decks were stunning. We definitely will plan a return trip to this rental.

Cuckoo’s Nest Can’t Be Beat!

Our family of 9 stayed at the Cuckoo’s Nest for a week and made lifetime memories! We loved the convenience of the elevator, the great pool, and comfortable living space. Also, this area of the island is incredible. Great spot for our three grandkids, all under 4!

Awesome Beach House for extended family reunion from around the USA!!

Do’in Time is a Great home for multiple families. Plenty of living space with 2 living rooms but Not enough dining room area for 16 people. Great beach toys. Could use a tv in all bedrooms. We had some issues but management handled them pretty quickly. They were only a text away. Highly suggest reading the management manual for access to beach closet. The manual should be placed in a location similar to the tv remotes and tell renters to look for it. Overall, we had a great vacation!! Handicapped accessible beach access is located 2 blocks from this home.

Annual family beach gathering

We had a fabulous time! My son and his family live in OIB year round so getting the family together is great! The house was beautiful. It was very comfortable, clean and well equipped! We look forward to returning next year.

Great place and host

The house, location, and host were all great! It was clean. The host is super nice and so responsive with all questions. I would recommend this house to everyone. The pool was wonderful and have great views of the ocean right from the kitchen. Amazing!!!

Wonderful vacation

Our family truly enjoyed our stay in The Cuckoo’s Nest. The home was very clean when we arrived and we were very happy with location of the home on the isle and to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we ever needed to make a family meal. The pool was great for our young grandchildren. We enjoyed our stay and plan to return next year!

Beautiful home, easy beach access, quiet retreat

Perfect for our extended family - 3 sets of adults and 4 kiddos. Nice pool and easy beach access across the street. You can also walk 5 min to other side of jetty where water is calmer - great for little ones. Quiet beach. Short drive to restaurants, ice cream, mini golf, etc. Enjoyed many mornings and evenings on the multiple decks overlooking the ocean.

Family Beach Week

We had a great stay. We plan this trip each year to meet extended family at OIB. This is by far the best house we have rented. The house was beautiful and clean. Our family appreciated having a bathroom of each bedroom. We used the inside spaces and the outside patios. I like that the kitchen was well stocked but not over crowded. We had cabinet space to put our things in. The fridge was empty! No leftover condiments or jars from previous guests. I love that! We used the gas grill several times. It was clean and worked great. The kids loved playing on the dock and near the water. Since there is an elevator and walk in shower available, my mom was able to come with us. The beach access is close and handicap accessible. This is very helpful with older people and babies. Brunswick Vacation Rentals kept in contact with us before and throughout our vacation. I always felt like I could reach someone if needed. We rent from VRBO 3-4 times a year. This was one of our best experiences. We have already booked for next summer!

Long golf weekend

This property is amazing! The host was wonderful and responded to all my questions quickly. The property was clean, comfortable and full of many amenities. The kitchen was full stocked, the beds were very comfortable, easy access to the beach! Cindy even provided access to beach chairs, a beach wagon, beach and pool toys! Would love to stay here again!

Relaxing with family on a great deck with a great view

The house is wonderful and well stocked. The elevator was great for my parents who can not use the stairs. The views of the ocean are amazing. Everything was clean, neat and there was plenty of room. The owners were great to work with and if I had any questions were available to help me out. I will definitely stay here again.

Holiday getaway

House is perfect for multiple families! Bathrooms for every bedroom (plus 2 half baths) and multiple beds in each room. Kitchen is well stocked and opens to the great room. Views of the canal are great! Excellent outdoor space as well.

Super location- the canal is better for us! Kayaks, fenced yard. Tons of space inside. Bedrooms had great beds, so many bathrooms, 2 living/sitting spaces. Kitchen was great!

Great House and Location!

Our family (6 adults and 8 children - ages 7 to 76) enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. The bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for our multigenerational group. Everyone enjoyed sitting on the porches to enjoy the breezes on the canal. The walk to the beach was easy, not too far, and offered just a little walking exercise! The kitchen was unbelievable! We have stayed in many VRBO and rarely see such a well-stocked and well-organized kitchen. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful property that is close to the beach and the canal! We had an amazing trip to Ocean Isle!

Absolutely perfect for multiple families. Large open upstairs and down stairs with large bedrooms. Beautiful boat slip in the intercoastal canal. Clean and even prettier than the pictures.
