House is perfect location and clean. This would’ve been a five star all the way except for the miscommunication of maintenance coming in unexpectedly. They did send a text but we were not by our phones (at the beach in the water) and teenage daughter was at the house alone to find a strange man in the hallway outside her bedroom. Huge miscommunication but everything turned out fine. They apologized and no harm done. Maybe next time they don’t go until they have confirmation from those who are staying in the house before entering. Beautiful home and would definitely stay there again.

A delightful kick off to summer vacation at this lovely and comfortable home! We all had our own spaces, and bathrooms, which was very nice. Everything we needed to prepare meals and enjoy the pool - a big hit with the kids! The elevator was a real plus so we didn’t have to go up and down so many stairs. Everything we wanted to do on this trip was within walking distance - the beach, a wonderful park for the kids - with splash park and green space. Events to attend there, too. The mini-golf, arcade, restaurants, ice cream and donut shops just a short walk. A quiet family type community. It was great to be able to rent the items we could not bring with us! Thank you for a fantastic time, and for many family memories!

Great trip with very few problems

Everything was great with only two minor issues: The TV/DVD player did not work on the second floor living room. There was what looked like white dog hair on the stairs.

Memorial Day weekend

This house was fully stocked for cooking and grilling and had all the beach gear you could possibly need. This was a great house and all the amenities made it so easy to enjoy our vacation. I would highly recommend this house for multiple families since all the rooms have full baths and make it easy for families to have separate spaces.

This is a great upscale property right where The action is on the island. No need for a golf cart.

Plenty of room for multiple families. Upscale furnishings. The pool has plenty of furniture . Everything is brand new and well decorated

Location, location, location

We all had a wonderful time to celebrate my husband’s 40th birthday worth friends. Walking distance to all the restaurants, bars, and shops. The beach is such an easy walk. The only complaint is that there’s only 1 king bed when the description says 2.

Best Vacation Rental So Far!!

Wonderful house in a great location. Easy walk to public beach access. Even shorter walk to the public playground for the kids. The house is great with 5 bedrooms. The kitchen and living room is on the 3rd floor which would have been a problem for me without the elevator. It was a lifesaver for these senior citizen legs. The pool was small but large enough for 6 adults and 2 small children to enjoy. Can't say enough good things about Brunswick Vacation Rentals. They were in touch numerous times during the week to see if we needed anything and even sent an ice cream truck by for free treats. The elevator was not working when we arrived and they has a repairman out to the house within 5 minutes! 5 star service.

Great vacation spot!

Everything was as described. We loved our time there and have no issues at all with the house or management. Easy walk to the beach, close to everything... A bit noisy at night, but that's to be expected when you are next to all the things.

Family Vacation

The location on the island was great. Near the ocean, near the park, near the stores and Museum. The house had plenty of room for our 10. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. The best part was the kitchen/family room. We all spent time cooking, visiting, playing games and enjoying our time together there. I highly recommend this rental and would do it all over again!

Great stay

Our family of 9 enjoyed our stay at Sons of Beaches. It was a fantastic location, with the house having amenities that wonderfully accommodated our family. The property manager was very responsive to any inquiries.

Great Week

This was a great house for our family. It was close to everything OIB has to offer and just a short walk to the beach. The kitchen was very well equipped and each bedroom had its own bathroom which made everyone comfortable.

Location, location, location!

This house was a perfect answer to our beach vacation based on our multigenerational needs. From our 1 year old grandson to 90 year old mother-in-law, the facility met all. Proximity to the beach community center with its easily navigable ramps coupled with being a quick walk to the play ground/splash pad was a definite plus. The decor was as attractive as it was sturdy and practical. The kitchen was amply furnished with all of our cooking needs. Beds were very comfortable and having the linen/towel service included made our stay complete. The American flags adorning the porches were a nice touch.

Very comfortable house

Such a great week with family. The location of this house is perfect! Quick walk to the beach and close by restaurants. The Drift is a great breakfast/coffee spot. The house is very comfortable and well equipped with all that you could want. Kitchen has great options for cooking large meals. The pool is a nice hang out spot in the afternoon/evening.

House was everything we expected! Great floor plan, nice furnishings/decor and stocked with many items we weren't expecting. Property management very responsive before and during trip. Only 4 stars for cleanliness - some floors had not been vacuumed and there was dust in places. Overall the house and management were great and we would recommend this place!!

Wonderful property ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We loved this property so much. It was perfect for my teenagers. Proximity to everything we needed was amazing. Beach access, pier, coffee shops, restaurants! Everything was a one minute walk! Pool and property so clean and spacious. We had tons of room. Beds so comfortable and elevator was a bonus when groceries were unloaded. We will be back for sure. Loved this place.

Perfect well appointed house in a great location!

We loved being able to walk to the wine shop, dinner, and the beach! The home was clean and had lots of extras like blankets, Tupperware, etc. we will be back!
