"I was my first time at The Herbert and it was wonderful. The staff went out of their way to assist me. The hotel itself and the rooms are kept very clean. Rooms was nicely decorated with a large bathroom. Lobby area is very inviting, coffee and snacks are available. Housekeeping also does an amazing job. Breakfast is offered in the hotel opposite as a buffet. Plenty of choice for everybody "
