Always feels like family. Love visiting Michael and John. This is one of the better places to stay. View is spectacular.

Great experience
We showed up early and they welcomed us with a warm bedroom, wine glasses, and board games. They even drove us to the Piper’s Inn and back so that we wouldn’t have to drive anymore. Great hosts! Love the shower.

The B&B was beautiful, our hosts were wonderful and the food was delicious. The only thing I’m sad about is the fact that we only had one night there. Can’t wait to visit again!

The B&B was conveniently located to the towns of Killaloe and Ballina as well as Tuamgraney. Conversing with the host and other travelers over breakfast was fun and interesting. Nearby restaurants were good.

Glocca Morra - A perfect stay
From the minute we walked in the door, we were greeted and treated like family. Michael could not do enough for us. We were only there for a night, but now wished we had made it our “home” base. We will definitely be going back.

Totally perplexed by this persons extremely low rating since all other reviews have been very generous. Since they didn't leave a name or message we're just left with utter disbelief.

Great spot with wonderful hosts
John and Michael live in an amazingly scenic part of Ireland. The garden and surrounding area is beautiful and as hosts, they are both wonderful. I felt welcome and at home the whole time. And breakfast was a feast with lovely touches (like a choice of butter or flora, homemade banana muffin, homemade marmalade) and you can see that both hosts love to... well, host!

This property was wonderful from check-in to check-out. Host was accommodating to a late check in due to my travel plans. Rooms were very comfortable and decorated in cottage-style. The views from the rooms and property were outstanding. Breakfast was very tasty, with homemade jams and full breakfast. Hosts were so very friendly and accommodating; I would love to stay here again!

We arrived after dark, but were greeted warmly and shown to our cozy room for the night. I wish we had more time to stay another day or two! The breakfast was amazing and the view of the lake was beautiful! The host was very nice and made us feel completely at home! :)

Wonderful home! Michael, our host, was warm and welcoming. Full of wonderful, helpful information. Excellent suggestions on sites to see and places to eat. Breakfast was a delight. Highly recommended staying at Glocca Morra when visiting Ireland. We're hope to come back soon 😀

Exceptionally nice B and B.
Lovely B and B, with a warm and welcoming host, spacious room and bathroom, exceptional breakfast choices (smoked salmon and egg for me , pancakes for my partner) and a remarkable view of the lake from dining room. On the money dinner recommendation. I would have appreciated a softer pillow. Would stay again every time.

Beautiful Town on the Shanon
We were pleasantly greeted by Michael upon arrival. He was very cordial and entertaining. Working by himself this day he prepared an excellent breakfast and always greeted us with a smile and some very useful information. We loved this towns natural beauty, proximity to the river, quaint pubs and restaurants. We found this town to be our most livable location in Ireland (for us California snobs)!

Great accommodations! John and Michael are the perfect hosts. They allowed us to stay even though they had not received our reservation from Hotel.com. I had to pay them separately. They prepare a great breakfast with a wonderful view from the dining room. Provided us with directions of places to see in the area

Called to say we were eating in town and would be a little late and was no issue. We arrived to be greeted and shown to our room, asked if we needed any local info etc. Next morning many breakfast choices we decided to each have Michaels "Dennys special" which was great.

felt like home
this was an amazing stay. the location was fantastic and Michael was delightful. The breakfasts were delicious and eating them with the view of the lake made it so nice. It was the best stay on our trip so far and we'd gladly go back.
