„This 300 acre farm house with 2 ponds is absolutely beautiful. The property owner Doug made check in and check out a breeze. He even had milk, eggs, butter, coffee, and muffins ready for our stay. Communication was prompt when we had questions. If you are looking to go back to a simpler time with peace and quiet...this is the one for you. 10 minute drive to sugercreek, the gateway to amish country.“

„My family enjoyed our brief Star at the Hartford Cottage in Burghill. Due to the weather, we did not have the chance to enjoy the yard & outside amenities/games but did enjoy the many amenities inside. The kids bedroom was a hit with both of our girls. We loved all the character & beautiful details throughout the home. The host was wonderful, touching base with us before our trip as well as ensuring we had accurate check-in information upon arrival. “

„Wonderful place for a big get together. There were 14 of us from ages 5-73 - three generations spending a few days for a short vacation. The pool kept us (especially the kids) more than occupied. We spent plenty of time up in the sports barn, too. Then, we had the big game room, playing pool and watching movies. The space was very nicely appointed and extensive. With 14 of us, we still had a bedroom left over. We did get out and do some of the classic Hocking Hills type things (hiking, etc.), ...

The only recommendation i would have would be to allow the A/C to stay blowing cool air throughout the night. Several people complained about how hot it got in the middle of the night. Other than that...perfect.“

„Ruby’s farmhouse was a great place for family, especially teens. Pool, ping pong, basketball, arcade and hot tub. The view out back was beautiful and sitting on the back deck was a good place to listen to the birds. Good spot to get to many of the trails in Hocking Hills. “
