« Really enjoyed the stay at Kenswood. Just the right size for us, our son, and our dog. Lots of snowfall while we were there but the property management team did an excellent job clearing it from the driveway, deck, and sidewalks every day (they also added salt to melt ice). Beds were comfortable and the bathrooms had plenty of towels and washcloths. Great water pressure and hot water didn't take long to come through. « First, the company was very good with communication. We appreciate that very much. However, that is about the best part of the trip.When we arrived, there was a massive fan blowing in the kitchen and the kitchen floor was soaked. The dishwasher was broken and leaked everywhere, therefore we had no dishwasher the entire trip. The fireplace was not working either, therefore we had no fireplace for our entire trip. One of the biggest things we were looking forward to was being cozy by the fireplace...
