The accommodations were clean and comfortable, especially outlets and USB chargers in the bedrooms. We’ll be looking to see if it’s available next time we visit family in Simi Valley ! »

« The boatel was exactly as described, very comfortable, and the location couldn’t have been any better. We came to visit the Channel Islands, and the Island Packers ferry is literally a 2 minute walk. There were so many options for dining within a short walk, and by the time we were ready for bed, it was completely quiet. »

« Great location on a quiet street just blocks from the coast. The house is in good order. The backyard is smallish but nicely laid out. There is parking for two cars (there is time limits for parking on the street). Did not use the hot tub or sauna. Would definitely stay there again. »

« The minute we arrived, the kids's lit up when they saw the amazingly large pool. Andy got us checked in and we loved having so many bed options for the kids so they had their own spaces. We were actually working remotely and the wifi worked well enough for 3 of us on laptops and I was able to take meetings next to the pool! This worked perfectly for our needs and was only 5 minutes away from food options. »

« The house is lived-in but clean. It was large enough for my big family, and we enjoyed our stay. Ernesto was great at communicating with us, and was gracious enough to allow us to extend our check-out time. Overall, everything was great! If I had to say anything about it, it was very hot upstairs because the portable air cooler didn't work very well. And more hooks for towels in the bathrooms would have been helpful. But really was the perfect size for our large family, and we would stay there...
