A half bathroom downstairs means guests don't need to use the private bedroom bathrooms when entertaining or spending time downstairs.

This home is designed for extended stays of 28 nights or longer. It is one side of a duplex, with a large yard on the Unit B side that may be shared with Unit A. The yard is not fenced, so guests traveling with pets should plan accordingly.
Parking includes an attached one-car garage and a double-wide, two-car driveway. Street parking is not available. Wi-Fi is included.
