Les points faibles : Propreté, arrivée, communication et exactitude de l’annonce
The room was nothing as described. It was described as an entire apartment with a kitchenette when we arrived we found it to be a motel six single king bed room with a microwave and a refrigerator that barely stayed cold. The pictures of the room/apartment as indicated had a Jacuzzi bathtub as well. That was not there. The host or counter person was on site was very rude and was not communicative at all, though the room was clean. It was not as clean as expected or it should’ve been everything about the ad was very miss deceiving and I feel like I was treated poorly. It was not what I booked nor was it what I wanted had I have known I would’ve booked elsewhere. I do not appreciate their falsifying their ad to lure people in by stating it was an entire apartment when in fact, it was just a room with a king bed and poor service as well I feel I should be compensated and furthermore the ad needs to be corrected and or removed as it is not an apartment. It is a single king bed in a motel six.
