« The place is in a perfect location. We walked to so many places because it’s truly in the heart of downtown. There was a hiccup with check in because the code to get in the main door had changed that morning. We had a problem with the bedroom TV and they came right away and took care of it. The washer and dryer need to be much bigger in order to wash the sheets and the towels. We would definitely stay here again. »

« We stayed for a quick weekend of soccer. It was the perfect location and place for us to stay. We didn't get a chance to take the bikes out but awesome to have the option to use them if we had time. Hopefully we will be back to try them out! »

« At first glance, the rental appeared clean and updated, but that quickly changed. The floors were quite dirty, with visible salt stains and debris. After sweeping, it was clear they hadn’t been properly cleaned in some time. I also noticed loose cupboard hinges. The bathroom had more serious issues. « Condo was very clean and in a convenient location. Sometimes loud with sounds outside and from the hall. Condo had a weird smell, maybe from neighbors cooking? Since it is pet friendly, there was a lot of dog hair on the couch and chair in the living room. If you're very allergic to dogs, might not be the best place to stay. There's a recycling dumpster outside next to the trash, but nowhere to store recycling inside the condo, so that might be something the host considers adding in the future....

« Heat did not work. Condo was very cold. Host provided space heaters but we could not run them all as it tripped the breakers each time. Host had no solution for this. No compensation was offered, other than 5 hours before check in the host told me I could find somewhere else to stay and he would refund me. Obviously finding somewhere else to stay with 5 hours notice for a family vacation was not an option. Bathroom was dirty. Mold and mildew on the shower curtain, baseboards covered in dust and...

« We really enjoyed this rental during the new years week in TC. It was clean, accommodating and you cannot beat the location to downtown. We’ve stayed in this condo grouping on 3 occasions and this is the best unit thus far. Would gladly return. »
