Read the fine print
Yes it was clean , easy to locate, plenty of parking and on the river. That being said , what is does not state in the listing is that there is no safe drinking water so you have to bring bottles and jugs of water to drink, cook and brush your teeth with. Yes it is on the river but what is not in the listing is that the river can flood at anytime which is what happened to us. It was so high it flooded into the yard and made the river's currents too dangerous to use the kayaks. Be careful read all the fine print.

Cute & clean river house
We arrived and had immediate access to the keys. We walked in and everything was so clean. The house is older but the owners have updated everything. New flooring, fresh painted, updated decor, fully stocked kitchen, and updated bathroom. The beds were cozy. No wifi was fine, we had phone service the whole time, firect tv was enough for the very small amt of time we even watched tv. We also didn't have kids wanting to sit in front of a video game. The view of the river was amaxing, its so quiet and relaxing. We sat on the porch most of the time, just taking in the peaceful environment. We wish we would had rented a boat to tour the river area however, we did visit a couple local towns on the gulf, cedar & horseshoe. We highly recommend this place & will definitely be back!

Renovated Trailer
The place was clean and comfortable. The second bedroom is Tiny, the hallway Narrow. The kitchen and bathroom are Renovated nicely. The listing claims washer and dryer. Where are they?

The bungalow is nothing fancy but right up our alley. We were very pleased with everything.It was a nice clean little place, very quiet and relaxing on the river. Definitely something we would rent again!

Hidden Gem !
Cheryl is a wonderful host. She communicated everything from our initial booking to our checkout. All of the amenities where there. The Bungalow was very clean. Cheryl also recommended some great places to visit in the area. (Devils Den for Snorkeling, Canyon Zip line Park, and Cedar key.) We enjoyed looking at the stars at night on the floating dock, the fire pit, and enjoying coffee on the outside patio in the morning. Your kayaks are a complete Bonus! It was a great get-away! Nice getaway
It was very nice for what it is. Not as clean as we are used to, but nothing to complain about. The yard needed mowing and there was some poison ivy, but thats hard to control being secluded like it is. It ws very quiet and people in the area were very friendly.

Overall a great and a beautiful place to stay on the riverside
We saw a couple of sturgeon jumping above the water during our stay there. My son and I enjoyed the two-person kayak. It is a very peaceful place to stay and is close to all amenities, just a few minutes away from the grocery store, etc. There is no WiFi, but they do have DirecTV, so we were able to find something to watch while relaxing. We didn't even watch the DVDs we brought with us. We have AT&T and Verizon networks, which are not strong but enough to research and browse some things. Additional information: My husband is 6'1" and needs to duck his head on one of the door. If someone is a few inches taller, say 6'5, they would hit their head on the fans, so taller people may not like it very much. I am 5'1", and it does not bother me, but it may be an issue for tall people out there.

Peaceful Healing
My three daughters and I visited to honor the second anniversary of their father’s death. We did the same last year and have started a tradition. The calmness of the River, no Wi-Fi so we were given the opportunity to unplug, talk and play board games was priceless. Fanning Springs is also an added gift, The beauty of nature and the quietness of the bungalow are a true gift

Cozy home on the river
This is a perfect little get away, right on the river. We ended up needing to stay an extra night and it was super easy to book an extra night no issues besides no fish were biting! Otherwise perfect little get away for a few days

R&R with a beautiful view.
Our visit was amazing! Awesome beds- Slept better the past week then the past few years at home. (The peaceful silence and running river helped too) Didnt want to leave! We definitely will be back!!

Great kayaking experience to Fanning Springs on the Suwanee River
Spacious private property near the shore of the Suwanee River. Quiet and peaceful, especially on the back patio. There is no reception, i.e., no service in the area. Water is not potable, so bring your own drinking water, etc. It was a nice and restful retreat.

Stunning view of the river!
Very quiet and private, best part of the Suwanee river we've seen. Kitchen was well equipped. The bed was VERY comfortable . It was clean and presentable. The host was great. Would stay there again if in the area.

Quiet little cabin on the Suwannee. The kayaks were a plus. There wasn't wifi, but our cells worked there (T-Mobile). Exactly what was described in the listing. Thanks for having us.

It was a beautiful view. Enjoyed sitting out there and fishing. It was disappointing that the boat ramp was not useable. That was one of the main reasonings for rent this place on the water, but other than that it was great.

I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Bungalow. It was quiet and peaceful. Though most of our travels were about an hour away, the drive was a fair trade off. It truly felt like a home away from home.
