« For a handicap accessible room there are many things lacking. It was all the way down the hall a long distance to the desk and breakfast. All of the doors from the outside and the door to the room are heavy and impossible for a handicapped person to open while using a mobility device...no button to push to open them. The bath tub has a nice shower chair and hand held shower but there should be a roll in shower. The digital clock in the room was impossible to set correct time. The desk clerk and...

« The staff have been super helpful and caring, they really do their best to make sure you are good to go and have your best interest in mind, unlike many places ive been. Its also very clean and quiet, and concenient for people that walk everywhere since its close to all the bigger stores »

« Even under renovations, this was a fantastic stay and I only wish I needed to stay there longer. The water pressure was glorious for a morning shower. Breakfast was great and the staff was super kind and helpful after a weary day of travel. Definitely recommend this place! »

« This is one of the classic sad hotel stories across america rite now. A hotel that with a little bit of work and money invested would be a great place to stay. It looks like it is condemned from the outside. The pool says under construction but it is not "under construction" it is just closed. Broken flashing lights inside and out. Missing ceiling tiles in hallways and commons areas. Horrible pillows and sheets. »

« No! The property was suspect at best. Hotel was not clean. The pictures on the Expedia website do not reflect the actual hotel in Redwood falls. Did not feel safe at all. No one was available to accommodate us check in with. »
