Hôtel près de Onset Beach, East Wareham, East Wareham

« the first room i was put in had an odor, the owner i believe, mr patel moved me to a room with new carpet and 2 queen beds and that cured the smell. the whole left side of the bed closest to the tv had collapsed springs so u could not sleep on it, u had to use the other one. the bathroom floor around the toilet was covered with black specs. »

« Personnel courtois. Chambre propre et assez grande pour 6 personnes. Merci »

« Pros: Grounds, golf course and dining room are all well designed and manicured. King Sized Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom is contemporary, large shower. Cons: Guest above me were very heavey footed walking back and fourth all night, then snored so loud it shock my bed. The outside patio light stays on all night and kept the room so bright all night, even through the wooden blinds because everything is all white. In the morning a woman just opened the door, no knocking. Just walked in at 8...

« We had a great 5 night stay in this hotel as a family of 4. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. We appreciated the large wardrobe, the kitchen, and the view. The staff was friendly, and facilities such as complimentary breakfast, coffee station, laundry room and pool added to our stay. »

« Had an event to get to for the day. Tried to check in one hour early to a 90% empty hotel (1:15 as opposed to 2:30) by doing paperwork but no access to room and they wanted me to pay extra $50. I declined, left event at 9p to check in then went back to event. Zero customer service. Poor business plan »

« Overrated for off season nothing open except restaurant, in room coffee or $6.00 small cup from bar in restaurant wanted to sit at indoor pool watch football on this big screen TV not working, Nothing worked in arcade got someone to check it out got a few games working very disappointing »

« I was worried because the hotel seemed not that clean in the halls bit my room was really clean and nice »
