"The bulb in my bedside lamp failed during the night. On a whim, I mentioned this in my check-in review. (I idly wondered who reads these reviews anyway). "Narelle was a truly amazing host who went absolutely above and beyond to ensure our stay was truly special. The accommodation was lovely, clean and cosy. "We left and asked for a refund. Things they didnt mention - no fires allowed - no toilet (sandpaper toilet) - no power (they have lights but you cant plug in your phone or anything else for that matter - bbq broken"
