Hotel Ooltewah

« Clean, modern room. 24/7 exercise room. Staff at check in was wonderful. I did not eat breakfast but went into the dining area right before breakfast end to use the toaster and the employee working in the kitchen was kind of rude to the other employee and her attitude in front of guests was not a good look for the hotel. Otherwise everything went great. I was only there for about 10 hours total. »

« Decent layout with full kitchen. After hours staff is not present, will need to have a key left or an app to open the doors. NO ELEVATOR to 2nd floor. »

« Pet friendly but the pet area was at the end of the parking lot near the way in and out of the hotel. A little busy and distracting for traveling dogs. A large open space for moving around and poop baggies and a trash can for clean up. First floor. It available so elevator ride was necessary. Great location to many restaurants and gas stations to continue the trip. »

« Staff is friendly. Property beautiful. The room I stayed in is pretty clean. The sheet aren’t too comfortable, only because it wasn’t smooth it has like bumps like old sheets on it… but I was able to use the other sheet before the comforter on top of it so I don’t feel all those bumps… I checked in at like almost 2am so I didn’t want to wait for someone to come change it.. but I was ok. The fridge doesn’t have water or beverage, but that’s understandable. The iron wasn’t working properly..I...

« The room and beds were clean and comfortable. However the room door didn't close and latch on it's own weight and had to be pushed or pulled closed. It took a very long time to get hot water for a shower. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked with general choices. Scrambled eggs, sausage, waffle maker, toast, bagels, cereal were all available and I have to say the coffee was delicious. « Upon check in, we learned the pet fee was an additional $75. The beds were too soft. There was no microwave in the rooms so we had to go down to the lobby and use a common microwave. There was no coffee machine in the room. They had an ice machine but no cups provided in the room. The breakfast was good. »

« Our initially assigned room had a bed frame structure issue which required getting a new room. The front desk was very helpful and patient with this! Then the highway noise was a little unavoidable - but it really only took off in the early morning. »
