« Aucun accueil à l arrivé. Les codes d entrée sont donnés via email, donc si vous êtes en voyage sans téléphone... Établissement sale dans les parties communes. Notamment la laverie. Pas de wifi contrairement à la fiche établissement. Pas ou peu de parking, une vraie difficulté de trouver une place. La porte de la douche ne tient pas en position fermée. Le lavabo de notre chambre était bouché. En revanche l appartement est idéalement placé à Newport Beach. »

« Our stay started the day my fiancé retired! The property, including the rooftop deck, was spacious, clean, and very well appointed. Besides rooftop relaxing, we also enjoyed our Bayfront walks, biking via ferry along the peninsula, beach sitting, Marine Ave, and local restaurants featuring live music... Highly recommend! »

« My family of 4 enjoyed staying in this condo while we all traveled for a big family trip to Disneyland. The property was easy to locate and easily accessible to the garage that had multiple strollers for us to choose from. My kids really loved the themed room with a variety of books. « Our stay were was fine. The king beds were comfy, the unit was comfortable and we had plenty of room for the 5 of us. The extra twins beds are not a full twin length and anyone taller than 64 inches wouldn't want to sleep on it. We didn't love the part of town it was in but never felt unsafe. « We had a lovey stay here. The host got back to us promptly with any questions, and most importantly the space was clean and the bedding and towels were fresh. Our son (12 yr) did not have any issue making his way up and down into the loft, but it is steep. We used this as a crash pad for Knots Berry Farm, however we enjoyed our morning and nightly walks through the historic district. There is a great little small business coffee shop downstairs as well as some delicious restaurants in the area. »

« Overall it was a nice place, the beds were comfortable and everything was clean and nice. The common area between the beds was a converted patio totally finished which is fine, but there were large gaps that allowed some bugs to come in. If they can fill in those gaps with something then it would be 5 stars all around. »

« Overall this home was comfortable inside. Fun old house. We didn’t feel comfortable in the area and were very nervous outside at night. Only 1 place to park and almost impossible to find a place for our second car. Had to walk a few blocks late at night. Interior was clean and comfortable. Host was very good with communication. »

« Initially, I was shocked of how small this hotel is, with no elevator, no vending machine…. But it grew on me. Loved the layout of the room, the quaint decor… the only negative I have is the bed. This memory foam bed was way too soft, and I felt that the soft mattress was on top of a softer mattress. I like to sleep on my side, and I slept curved like a banana…. Additionally, there are several restaurants and a few shops in the immediate vicinity. The primary concerns were the number of homeless people surrounding the area and the somewhat limited parking for overnight accommodations. Overall, it was a memorable experience. »
