« You decide if you want to rent from Grace.I came into town for Funeral Services. I informed Grace that I needed a 2 Bedroom in case Family members who came from out of the country needed a place to stay they could stay with me. The listing stated 6 people. I asked Grace if 6 People was ok? Grace never said anything about extra charges. Grace contacted me ansking if I wanted to rent her unit. Grace sent messages stating Don’t do drugs, don’t have a party, no noice after 9pm and again don’t smoke...

« This is a unique property. It’s definitely meant for a younger person as you have to climb a straight ladder about 10 feet up for the loft bedroom. There aren’t any walls around the loft bedroom so no privacy. Very clean and although the code didn’t work one time from the garage but the host got me a working code. »

« The room, bathroom and kitchen were all clean comfortable. The location is close to corner stores and restaurants. Would definitely recommend this location to others. »

« The place was clean and the owner always responded to any questions I had. The parking is in a very tight spot so don’t have any thing bigger than a car. And there’s no other parking around the place. »

« Sofa is very dirty. Floors weren't clean. Dishes needed to be re washed because they smelled like mildew. Washing machine smelled odd. Reservation was for 8 people, only 6 towels in property. Mentioned need to extra towels, were told that extra towels would be dropped off, never were. No floor mats in bathrooms. No drying rack in unit to place washed dishes. »

« All went well. We were confused about this: the website said there were two full baths and two half baths. No there were no half baths. Also there were only three coffee mugs and a few glasses in the cupboard and one was leaky. Other than that, it worked well for our family of seven. We hardly spent time there other than sleeping as we came for a funeral and were gone all day Sat and left at 5:45 am Sun. »

« I would not rent this place!! It’s not accurate with the description that you see on VRBO. The location was not desirable. There was street car racing and Cops everywhere on the streets. It took forever get hot water in the shower. The sofa bed mattress was not comfortable to sleep on either. There was a DJ below the unit that that played music from 6-10. That was not mentioned on the VRBO site. I would definitely think twice before renting this unit. »
