The space
Spacious 1 Bedroom suite with all the amenities for a home away from home. Fully equipped kitchen, closet and two large bathrooms. One bedroom has a king size bed with ensuite bathroom. You'll enjoy a spacious living area with a queen size sofa bed, office, dining table. This suite sleeps 4 adults very comfortably. Enjoy a quiet and relaxing atmosphere with your morning coffee or evening meal on your large private balcony overlooking the pristine golf course and ravine. Ideal for remote working or peaceful tropical getaway. You are a few minutes to the pool and 10 minute walk to one of most sought after beaches in the world.

Enjoy your own private kiosk on Eagle beach and soak in the sun on the clean white sands with crystal clear ocean at your toes (arrive early, kisok's and loungers are first come first serve). After a long hard day enjoy a cocktail or meal at one of the nearby resort cafés and restaurants and try your luck at the casino.

Enjoy all the resort has to offer such as a fully equipped gym, club house restaurants, tennis courts and of course access to the golf course *Golfing fee required. Everything at your disposal without leaving the resort. Your tropical paradise awaits.

Bath Linens & Garbage
We provide complimentary daily towel changes and garbage removal for your convenience. If you prefer not to be disturbed, you can opt out of this service at any time.

Cleaning
Our staff does not clean the condos during your stay. However, we offer cleaning services for $55 USD per session. Please notify us a day or two in advance, and the property manager will coordinate with you.

Guest Supplies
Start-up supplies are provided for your convenience. These are restocked weekly or with our optional daily or midweek housekeeping services (surcharge applies).

Beach Essentials
Beach towels are provided complimentary. Use the towel cards provided with your room to pick up towels, and replace them as needed. Remember to collect your towel card when returning your towel.

We also provide a small cooler for your use to bring drinks to the beach. Please note that glass is not allowed at the beach or pools.

Important Note:
Free beach loungers and kiosks are available on a first-come, first-serve basis at the beach and pools. Arrive early to secure your spot!

House Rules & Important Information

For the safety of the property and proper operation of our systems, please note the following rules:

Balcony doors must remain closed at all times. Leaving them open can cause serious damage to our high-efficiency dehumidification and climate-control system. Any damage caused may result in maintenance charges.
The climate control system must remain on during the day. Turning it off can cause moisture buildup and damage to the condo. Any damage caused may result in maintenance charges.
No smoking in the unit.
Late Check-In

Check-ins after 6:00 PM are subject to a $35 late check-in fee. This fee helps cover the cost of arranging after-hours staff to assist with your arrival.

Lost or Forgotten Key After Hours

If you lose your room key card or leave it inside your room after 5:00 PM, a $35 service fee will apply for after-hours assistance.

Check-Out Policy

Check-out time is 11:00 AM unless otherwise agreed to in writing prior to your departure. To ensure every guest arrives to a clean, sanitized, and well-prepared home, our housekeeping team relies on timely access to the property.

We kindly ask that you vacate the unit by 11:00 AM so our team can properly clean and sanitize the space before the next guests arrive. Check-out time is strictly enforced. Guests who check out after 11:00 AM without prior approval will incur a $50 late check-out fee.
