« I like everything about this location. My boyfriend and I stay frequently. My only complaint would be. There isn't an ice machine, even though the refrigerator and freezer have an ice maker. The ice maker, is slow. I usually have to go and get ice somewhere to get ice. »

« Front staff was very polite and helpful but pool and hot tub were broken or not in use so it should be posted or discussed on the website or at least at time of check in and the entire building seems to need a good taking care of, wallpaper coming off, plug ins for hair dryer were literally hanging out of the wall and not working, hotel room door would not close or latch shut, we were offered another room which was so nice of her but then that room was even worse off and had a very awful smell...

« A newer property that is awaya clean and well appointed. Friendly staff no mater the time you stop by at. This is our go-to place in Vancouver. »

« everything was great. my only complaint was the wifi--the steps to get onto the wifi are too difficult and took too many tries to get on. i should be able to hook up to the wifi in windows and then click a web page that registers me/gets me on. getting that second step was hit and miss. also the basic internet is too slow. 10mb is inadequate. »

« Very old and run down motel »

« When we arrived, the room hosted a couch that we thought was eaten by a rodent. It's fake leather and we have been told that all furniture suffered from Covid alcohol rubbing for disinfecting. But c'mon, this is a Double Tree and it's 2024, four years after Covid, the brand can afford to replace this, it's not a Motel 6. So now way, not up to Hilton standards. »

« Great location as the hotel is right on the waterfront and close to restaurants and shops. Staff is always friendly and the room was clean. »

« Conveniently located off of I-5 and near the PDX airport & Cascade Station (with various shopping options and fast food restaurants). We find these rooms to be perfect for our family as it provides enough privacy when traveling with our teen. Plus, it gives us enough room to spread out our luggage and items during the day. This particular location had ample accessible parking at the front, and we found the hotel to be clean and nicely maintained (possibly recently remodeled). We didn't take...

« Very nice. Not enough bedding, but we had brought some with us for the 6+ guest room. Great location. Breakfast took a while because food had to be made frequently. I would stay again, though. Didn't get a chance to use the pool. Check out at noon, was amazing. »

« Accueil beaucoup trop long (près de 30 mn et 1 seul personne à l'accueil) indigne d'un hôtel de ce standing. Pour le reste on retrouve toutes les qualités des Hampton Inn (belles chambre bien équipée, climatisation assez silencieuse, bon WIFI, très bon petit-déjeuner...). A noter que la piscine était hors d'usage mais on pouvait utliser celle du Sheraton voisin. A noter l'efficacité de la navette pour l'aéroport. »

« Hôtel bien tenu, très propre, accueil agréable, chambre confortable avec des prestations de qualité, petit déjeuner complet avec des plats chauds cuisinés. Un seul regret, non seulement le parking est payant mais nous avons réglé 3 jours de stationnement pour 2 nuits. Il semble donc que l'on nous fasse payer le jour d'arrivée ainsi que celui du départ. »
