The Space:

This stunning home features 8 beautifully designed bedrooms and 6 modern bathrooms, ideal for large families or groups. Enjoy spacious living areas, a gourmet kitchen perfect for family meals, and a private heated pool for relaxation and fun. Thoughtfully furnished, each room offers comfort and ample sleeping arrangements for everyone.



Guest Access:

Guests have complete access to the entire home, including the luxurious heated pool and beautifully landscaped yard. Please note the garage is not available to guests - it is currently in use for storage and is off-limits until further notice. Enjoy your private oasis!



The Neighborhood:

Nestled in a peaceful neighborhood, our home is just 5 miles from Disney World and 3 miles from Disney Springs, surrounded by family-friendly attractions, delicious dining options, and great shopping venues. Enjoy local parks and recreational facilities for a well-rounded vacation experience.



Getting Around:

Getting around is easy with convenient access to public transportation and ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft. Free parking is available in our large driveway, with additional parking at the community clubhouse. Street parking is not permitted and will be towed by the HOA. The garage is not available to guests.



Other Things to Note:

PARKING AND TOWING: The Bella Vida HOA tows nightly. Any vehicle parked on the street, on the grass, or blocking the sidewalk (even partly) will be towed. Park fully on the driveway, at the community clubhouse lot (1172 Marcello Blvd, marked spaces), or in the community overflow lot (marked spaces only). The garage is not available to guests.



Please respect quiet hours after 10 PM for a peaceful stay. Our home is designed for relaxation and family fun, ensuring an unforgettable experience.
