Hands down my favorite vacation to take. This was our 4th stay because we just love it here so much! Our only critique this time would be the downgrade in food/service at Escudos for lunch and or dinner. It was a much different experience this visit and very expensive for the quality.

Enjoyed resort - watch for hard timeshare sell

Overall, we really liked the property. Clean room. Lots of pools, restaurant food was decent although a little overpriced. This is definitely a timeshare property and they want to sell timeshares SO BEWARE. Even though the booking was VRBO and had nothing to do with that, they said we had an 830 appt at check in and called our room early another morning (woke everyone!).That was definitely not what we signed up for and intrusive. Additionally… Really watch the fine print on this… The management company claimed that Wyndham had different deadlines than were stated in the VRBO. I noted on more than one occasion that timing did not match and called it out. At one point, the property management offered to give me a full refund, which was kind, but they knew the resort was completely booked 4th of July and I had no other options. My issue we just wanted to upgrade to a bigger place yet we had absolutely no option to do this because everything was “locked”, but it was locked 2 days before it should’ve been according to the VRBO description which I thought wasn’t right. This resort is excellent proximity to all Disney properties. We had a car, we also occasionally Uber’d for very reasonable prices 5 to 20. Having a kitchen was the best. Oh and big plus: the elevators were awesome and fast and we loved that!! If you don’t need to make changes, everything will be fine.1BR did end up being ok for 4 since it was spacious 2BR would have been perfect but we were good

Had an incredible experience at this resort! The property was absolutely exceptional, offering a wide variety of activities that kept everyone entertained. Fabulous in Every Way

This property was probably one of the nicest we’ve stayed in while vacationing in FL. People are very friendly and the cleanliness is over the top. Anything we needed was only a phone call away. We could watch the Disney fireworks from the resort, and Disney Springs was 2 miles away. We will always try to stay here in the future.

Best place ever

We booked this place for our honeymoon, let me tell you the rooms, the amenities and the entire hotel surpassed our expectations. It has a full size kitchen, the bathrooms are clean and well supplied, the bed is very comfortable and their location is so centric, close to all theme parks and other places like Disney Springs and Old Town. The staff are so nice and the process to check in went very smoothly, also is good to book with the family which we decided to comeback again soon.

Great Distance from Disney Parks

Check in process was incredibly easy and fast, which I appreciated after a 13 hour drive. Great distance from Disney Parks. The only downside that led to the 3 star review was our specific unit. Resort seemed great until we walked into our room. Immediately as we walked in the unit smelled like sewage. Some areas more than others. Luckily, we were there on a Disney vacation which meant that we spent A LOT of our time in the parks.

Worked out perfectly!

It turned out the place was directly adjacent to one of the host hotels for my conference, which worked out perfectly for me. The room was huge with a full kitchen, living room, nice deck, tub, shower, bedroom, and a full size dining room table that sat 6 people, way more than needed just for me, but felt very spacious and roomy as a result. Thankfully there was a restaurant at the base of the tower I was in, and I could grab food pretty much whenever I needed. All in all it was an excellent stay and definitely a place I would stay again.

Quick start

We stayed for 2 nights before we headed elsewhere for our Memorial Day vacation. It was a beautiful property with lots to do. I highly recommend to anyone of any age they have plenty for all ages from pools and playgrounds to bars and special events for adults. There was a few minor issues but the resort took care of them quickly without issue. Also the room was super spacious and inviting. Will be returning with the rest of my family in the future.

OUR STAY AT BONNET CREEK

WE LOVE THIS PROPERTY AND HAVE STAY HERE FOR YEARS. THIS YEAR WAS THE FIRST TIME WE ENCOUNTERED ANY ISSUES. WE ARRIVED AT 8AM AND DID PRE-CHECK IN AS WE DO EVERYTIME WE STAY THERE. WE USUALYY ARE IN OUR ROOM BY 1PM HOWEVER WE KNOW AND UNDER STAND 4PM IS CHECK IN. WELL AT 4:15PM WE WENT TO THE FRONT DESK AS WE HAD NOT HEARD FROM ANYONE AND WE WERE TOLD OUR ROOM IS NOT READY AND WOULD NOT BE READY UNTIL 6-7PM. THAT BEING VERY DISAPOINTING WE ASKED TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER. AT THIS POINT IT IS NOW 4:30PM A HALF HOUR PAST CHECK IN TIME. THE MANAGER (ALAJANDRO) CAME OVER AND WAS VERY RUDE TO US AND WHILE GESTURING WITH HIS HANDS IN A TEAR HE TOLD US THERE IS PRESIDENTAL, VIP, MEMBER, AND THEN THERE IS YOU DOWN HERE AND THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO TO HELP YOU. I MEAN HE WAS SO DEGRADING TO US AS IF WE WERE THERE FOR A FREE TRIP AND WE SHOULD EVEN BE THANKFUL THAT WE WERE GETTING A ROOM PERIOD. HE MADE US FEEL LIKE LOW CLASS WITH A HAND OUT AND WE PAID FOR OUR ROOM. IT WAS THE MOST AWFUL EXPERIENCE AND IT RUINED OUR 20 YEAR ANNIVERSARY TRIP. WE WERE LATER PUT INTO A ROOM ON A VERY LOW FLOOR FACING THE PARKING LOT. IT WAS AWFUL. I WILL SAY THE PROPERTY AND AMENITIES WERE VERY NICE, BUT THE STAFF AND THE WAY WE WERE TREATED WAS SO AWFUL IT REALLY DID RUIN OUR TRIP. WE HAVE SENT A LETTER TO BONNET CREEK, BUT HAVE NOT GOTTEN ANY RESONCE YET. ITS VERY SAD.
