Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas such as the balcony and pool area.

A $250 fee will apply if smoking occurs inside the property.

This is a self-catering vacation home. To help guests settle in comfortably, we provide a starter set of supplies, including:

-One roll of toilet paper per bathroom

-Two trash bags
-One soap

-A few dishwasher pods
-One shampoo
-One conditioner
-One soap per bathroom

No food, condiments, seasonings, or other food products are provided to help prevent contamination.

THIS HOUSE IS SELF-CATERING. Please stop by your nearest supermarket to purchase personal toiletries, food, and desired meals.

🧺 Housekeeping

-No daily housekeeping service is included
-The property is professionally cleaned and inspected before check-in
-Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit
-Mid-stay cleaning service available upon request for an additional fe
-No washcloths are provided

Washcloths are considered personal and disposable items, so guests are encouraged to bring their own. Bath towels, hand towels, and pool towels will be provided according to the number of guests staying at the property.

🚗 Resort parking

Please note that the resort has a maximum of 2-3 cars per property.

🗑️ Trash Disposal

Please observe trash collection days and place trash in the resort dumpster daily to help maintain a clean and pleasant environment.

-Some resorts may deliver packages to the clubhouse

We are not responsible for lost, delayed, returned, or other unexpected issues with online purchases.

🔥 Pool Heating Important Information

-$35 per day
-Minimum of 2 consecutive days
-Maximum temperature is 95°F
-Must be requested at least 48 hours in advance
-The attached spa is NOT a jacuzzi and does not have jets
-The spa can only be heated when the entire pool is heated
-The pool and spa will have the same temperature
-The pool heater operates through a heat exchange system
-The heater may not work efficiently during cold weather
-If cold weather prevents the pool from reaching the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund

Our pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating when the pump is working overtime during cold weather. This may cause a temporary automatic shutdown until the pump can regain efficient functionality.

Pool heating is optional and may not be available at certain times due to weather or equipment conditions.

Additional Charges

Additional fees may apply if house rules are violated, damages occur, the owner needs to repair something due to guest actions, or excessive cleaning is required after check-out.
