We had very good communication from the owner and the resort is beautiful. We did not have wifi for 5 of the 7 days that we stayed at this house. I spent a good deal of time trying to work this out with the owner so that was not pleasant. The hot tub was wonderfully warm and the kitchen had what we needed for the limited amount of cooking we did. If you enjoy soft pillow top beds this home is not for you. The beds were very hard. Our kids enjoyed the game room and loved the pool. The house was very clean and I think I would have had a better feeling about this home if I didn't have to spend soooo much time trying to get the wifi to work. Spectrum finally came out and put a new modem in stating the the current modem was out dated and not working. I was disappointed that the owner did not come to the house to help with the wifi issue. they just texted us suggestions on how to get it to work and we had to stay at the house and wait for Spectrum to show up and fix it. Not cool.
