This two-story townhouse at Terra Verde Resort covers 1,344 square feet and sleeps seven across three bedrooms and 2.5 baths, a layout made for a family travelling with children. Upstairs, the kids choose between the Mickey room, with its bunk bed and plush toys, and the Harry Potter room, with Hogwarts house banners on the walls, while the adults take the King suite with its own bathroom. Downstairs, living, dining and kitchen share one open space, and the sliding glass door in the living room opens onto the private patio, where the gas grill, the outdoor table and the lounge deck under the umbrella take over once the parks close. The washer and dryer inside the house mean you pack light and fly home with clean clothes.

Terra Verde Resort is a gated community in Kissimmee. Its Mediterranean-style clubhouse brings together a pool with a waterfall, a hot tub, tennis and basketball courts, a fitness center, a game room with billiards and arcade games, a movie theater, a sauna and a tiki bar.

You have exclusive use of the entire townhouse: the three bedrooms, two full bathrooms and half bathroom, living and dining areas, kitchen, laundry and the private back patio with the grill. The front door has a keypad lock, and parking is in the community spaces in front of the house. The Terra Verde gate card costs US$ 25 per vehicle, paid separately at the resort: it opens the fast lane on the right side of the entrance and is valid for the whole stay. The resort's shared areas, such as the clubhouse and the pool, are open to guests.

Our team is based in Orlando, not managing your stay from another time zone, and is reachable 24/7 by message and phone, with support in several languages. We answer questions about the house, the resort gate, park tickets, dining and transportation, and we sort out the things that do not follow the plan, such as a flight that lands after midnight or a payment that needs another route.

During your stay the whole house belongs to your group. Access instructions are sent before check-in at 4 pm, so you can drive straight to the house with no front desk to stop at. A propane tank for the grill is requested through the booking conversation, and check-out is at 10 am.

Terra Verde Resort is in Kissimmee, on the Disney side of Orlando, between Highway 192 and the airport and close to The Loop and Celebration. Inside the community, the streets are lined with clay-roofed townhouses and palm trees, with a fountain lake next to the clubhouse. By car, Disney is 15 to 20 minutes away, Walmart 5 to 8, the Vineland outlets 15 to 22, Universal 22 to 28 and Orlando International Airport (MCO) 18 to 22 minutes.

A rental car is the practical way to get around. Parking is in the community spaces in front of the house, and each vehicle uses its own gate card. The resort connects to the main roads that link Kissimmee to the Disney and Universal park entrances and to the shopping areas, and rideshare services operate in the area for the days when nobody wants to drive.
