Walmart is approximately 1.5 miles from the property, making it convenient to purchase groceries and additional supplies during your stay.

TRASH DISPOSAL

Trash must be placed daily inside the designated collection bench located in front of the home.

Trash collection takes place every morning.

EXTRA SERVICES

Extra services must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.

BBQ Grill: US$60 plus tax per stay.

Pool Heating: US$35 per day, with a minimum purchase of 2 consecutive days. Pool heating must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. The maximum temperature is 92°F. Please allow approximately 12 to 24 hours to notice changes in the water temperature. The system uses heat-exchange technology, and its performance depends on outdoor weather conditions. No refunds will be issued if cold weather prevents the pool from reaching the desired temperature.

Pets: US$135 per pet, per stay. This is a one-time fee for the entire stay and is not charged per night. A maximum of 2 pets is allowed, with a maximum weight of 35 lb each.

Check-in: from 4:00 PM | Check-out: by 10:00 AM.

Early Check-In and Late Check-Out: US$80 each, upon request and subject to availability.
