Avoid this at all costs. We found Cockroaches. Exterminator came two days later. Back door doesn’t lock. Fixed two days later. Needs a paint jobTrash can lid won’t openSofa lumpy. Missing part of a cushion. It was so uncomfortable to sit on after a long day. Keep pad not working. Now can’t leave for event. Missed Disney and evening event to resolve. Response over weekend poor and need to wait until morning by staff. All issues were eventually resolved. Upstairs hot in children bedroom Another Roach in kids shower. Roach alive outside my bathtub. Said was treated on Wednesday. Since I found another one ....Now someone coming Wednesday. How many does it take?Missing key vacation events to manage repairs and pests. Dishwasher rack rusted and missing prongs Told me I can leave and get a refund for the rest of the days. What happened to previous days of misery? Told me that I am bringing up issues instead of accountability for their property. I am helping to fix all their issues. I was a project manager for repairs of this home on my vacation. Word choice was rude with Magic home agent. Exterminator late. Dishwasher is leaking water. Repair man came same day and resolved. It looks nice but comfort is horrible. Beds are hard. Handyman tried to access unit when I happened to be home.

Great Property

We had a great stay here and enjoyed the complex. The unit was well stocked and as advertised. We enjoyed our private pool and the short walk to the complex pool. We had one maintenance issue they addressed almost immediately and the communication was very good.

Great vacation

Excellent vacation option. Location is close to all activities in and around Orlando. Clean, super responsive host, and good resort options. Our house had dishwasher, microwave, laundry, AC, pool, tv in every room, parking right across gated street and access to full resort amenities.

It was not a quiet place to stay as our neighbors partied multiple evenings when we used our pool and when trying to sleep. There was a strong odor of marijuana on multiple days. The furniture in the sitting room was very uncomfortable. There were bugs in the bathrooms. No hot pads in kitchen. The iron board would not close. The door frame needed repair. The bed in upstairs master (bed frame) was not put together correctly. The location was good. We will not stay here again. The access scanner wasn’t working right and a pain.

Excellent Stay!

Our stay with Magic Vacation Homes at Storey Lake Resort was fantastic! The place was very clean and exactly as advertised. The kids absolutely loved the Lego room, which was a big hit. Checking in and out was a breeze, making the whole experience stress-free. The resort area was wonderful, with a pool and a lazy river that we enjoyed thoroughly. Its location was also perfect—very close to SeaWorld, Disney Springs, and Publix, making it easy to get food and essentials. Overall, we had an amazing time and would definitely go back. Highly recommended for families!

Great location. Great community.

Lovely villa. Good location for Disney and about as good as you can get for Universal in terms of a villa. Clean and modern. The small pool wasn't a problem at all. Unfortunately everyone was disappointed with the air con which wasn't good enough. In the evening it struggled to get below 77 and the bedrooms were too hot overnight. There was also a lack of poolside furniture - only one chair at the poolside table. The adults in the single rooms (5' 10" and 5' 11") complained the beds were too short. The clubhouse facilities were very good.

Vacation Stay

We stayed here with my family (husband, mother, two children ages 9 and 11). The location is perfect for those going to the Disney parks. We were here for my daughter's cheerleading Summit at ESPN Wide World of Sports. In addition, Storey Lake has two club houses that were also very nice. The check-in and checkout process were very easy. We were contacted via email with all the details. The condo pool was also very clean and the girls enjoyed having that right in our backyard. There were plenty of plates, cookware, and kitchen appliances to meet our needs. The only issue we had was that the TV in the main living room did not work. This was not an issue for us since we were barely there and each of the bedrooms also had a working TV. I would highly recommend this location to others.

Great Stay!

My husband and I stayed for a week with our two daughters and his parents. This location is perfect if you’re planning to head to Disney and Universal. All the Disney parks were a quick easy 15 minutes or less trip and universal about 20. There is a grocery store barely 5 minutes away which was also very convenient. The condo had a well equipped kitchen and the pressure in the shower was great! It was nice that everyone had their own space - in-laws downstairs with their own bathroom, my husband & I in the master with our own bathroom, and the girls having their own rooms and bathroom to share as well. We never felt like we were on top of each other and the kids loved their bedroom decor. Management was easy to work with and readily accessible when needed. Would absolutely recommend!

Great Location

Unit was very clean. Just a few issues with the outdoor furniture but the management company was responsive and appreciative for the feedback. Location of the unit is fantastic. Close to shopping and restaurants and minutes to Disney property. Was a great place to stay for our family’s Spring Break.

Excellent property. Private pool was perfect for the adults and grandchildren. Kitchen was very well supplied with equipment and utensils. Great location with easy access to Disney, airport and shopping. The clubhouse with its lazy tubing river and water slides were an added plus. The property managers replied promptly to any questions we had. We would rent this property again.

Pleasant Stay

My family and I had a very pleasant stay. The house was conveniently located close to everything that we needed and was just a short drive to Disney Parks. We ended up visiting Disney Springs several times as it was just a short drive away. The internet speed was also great and I had no issues catching up up on some work.

Perfect holiday home close to all that Orlando has to offer

Second time staying at Storey Lake, first time in this house. Storey Lake is in a perfect location close to Disney, tons of restaurants, Publix (5mins) and outlet shopping (5 to 15 mins). The town home was extremely clean and very well equipped. The kitchen had all appliances you would want. Very convenient for dining at home. Add great wifi speed, your own little private pool, four bedrooms with comfy beds and a walkable location to the Hideaway Club with its great resort style pools complete with hot tub and a great gym and everybody from toddler to grandparent in your family will have a great vacation. We enjoyed ourselves a lot and will try to return!

Wonderful town home, has all you need!

We stayed with family for an in-town event. This place is wonderful to hold a larger group (we were 6 people plus a few visitors who came to share some meals). The kitchen is stocked with everything we needed and more, and we cooked a lot. There is a small but enjoyable and private pool in the back, which the kids loved. The bedrooms all were comfortable and large enough, and the whole place was quiet. Access to the large community pool, lazy river, and other amenities was a big hit. Even being very crowded (it is July!), we had plenty of space to do our thing and enjoy some time in the sun. Overall, we were very pleased to have chosen this place.

Great place

This was our first time staying at 4906 and we loved it! The location was perfect. It was within a gated, quite community. It was 10-15 min from the Disney parks, 25-30 min from Universal, 5 min from Target, Publix, Walmart, Disney gift shops, and fast food restaurants, and one hour from Legoland and Kennedy Space Center. The home is exactly as pictured, but somehow, the Lego room looked even better in person. They had a cute welcome message for us using legos and my boys LOVED it! The home was clean, organized, and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to be able to cook meals. We also enjoyed the pool. The community also has some sort of water park, but unfortunately, we didn't have time to go. It looked great, though! We did enjoy the home's pool, which is only 3-4 feet deep. I highly recommend this home.

Most Magical House!

We had such an amazing time in this cute, magical home! We were amazed how close we were to the parks. The house had cute little Disney touches that made us feel we were inside that Disney bubble. The home was super clean and it was very easy to get in touch with the property manager. Would definitely stay here again!

Location Location Location!!!

This property was exactly as described and was very comfortable for my family of 3. My 8 year old couldn't get enough of the pool. Much appreciated that pool towels were provided as well. This place was a great fit for us because it was dog friendly and there was plenty of green space for my pup. When walking in the neighborhood at night I felt completely safe; just watch out for the sprinklers. Thanks for providing us a home away from home.
