The four-bedroom layout provides enough space for up to eight guests to stay comfortably. Shared living and dining areas make it easy to gather, while the private pool and resort facilities offer plenty of ways to relax between outings.



Whether your plans include early mornings at Disney, afternoons beside the pool, or quiet evenings at home, the property offers the practical amenities needed for a convenient Central Florida stay.

The home accommodates up to eight guests across four bedrooms and six beds:

One bedroom with a king bed

One bedroom with a queen bed

Two Disney-inspired bedrooms with two twin beds each

The combination of king, queen, and twin beds works well for families and groups with guests of different ages. The themed bedrooms add a playful touch for younger travelers.



Living area

The main living space provides a comfortable place to unwind after visiting the parks. Gather for conversation, watch TV, or plan the next day’s activities together.

Central air conditioning and heating help keep the home comfortable throughout the year.

Community amenities are managed independently by Solana Resort. Operating hours, services, maintenance, and availability may change without notice.



Guest Access:

Guests have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and its private amenities throughout the reservation.



Complimentary access to the available Solana Resort amenities is also included.



The property offers self-check-in through a smart lock, so an in-person key exchange is not required.



The Neighborhood:

Solana is a gated resort community located in Davenport, Florida, near Highway 27, Interstate 4, and Highway 192.



The community offers a quieter setting outside Orlando’s busiest tourist areas while remaining within practical driving distance of theme parks, restaurants, shopping, and everyday conveniences.



Approximate travel times include:

Supermarkets and restaurants along Highway 27: 5–10 minutes

Posner Park: 15 minutes

Disney Springs: 25–30 minutes

Orlando Premium Outlets: 25–30 minutes

The Florida Mall: 40–45 minutes



Driving times are estimates and may vary depending on traffic, time of day, and destination.



Getting Around:

A personal or rental vehicle is recommended for visiting the theme parks, restaurants, supermarkets, shopping centers, golf courses, and other Central Florida attractions.

Solana is a gated community with security personnel at the entrance 24 hours a day.

Parking is available for up to two vehicles. Guests must follow all posted community parking regulations and use only authorized spaces.



Other Things to Note:

Professional cleaning



The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between reservations. Our cleaning team follows established preparation procedures before every guest’s arrival.



Damage protection

All reservations require damage protection, processed through our third-party system before arrival.



For one-night reservations:

A refundable $250 security deposit is required. This is processed as a preauthorized hold rather than a charge and is released following a damage-free checkout inspection.

For reservations of two nights or longer:

Guests may choose between:

A refundable $250 security deposit

A nonrefundable damage waiver of $20 per night, capped at $100

The waiver covers qualifying accidental damage beyond normal wear and tear.



Deposit authorization holds expire after seven days. For longer reservations, the original hold is released on day six and reauthorized to maintain continuous coverage.



Optional pool heating

Private pool heating is available for $35 per day and must be added for the entire reservation. The fee is invoiced separately.

Please request heating at least one week before arrival so our team has sufficient time to coordinate activation.



We do not recommend using the pool during cold, rainy, or otherwise inclement weather. Outdoor conditions can affect the water temperature, and a specific temperature cannot be guaranteed.



Checkout policy

Checkout is at 10:00 a.m. Housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly after departure so the home can be prepared for the next reservation.

Unauthorized late departures can disrupt the cleaning schedule and affect incoming guests. Remaining in the property beyond the confirmed checkout time may result in a fee of up to $300.



Starter supplies

This is a self-catering home. A limited quantity of essential supplies is provided for arrival, but items are not replenished during the reservation.



Each bathroom includes:

Shampoo and conditioner

Body wash

Hand soap

One roll of toilet paper



The laundry area includes enough detergent pods for up to two loads.



The kitchen includes:

One roll of paper towels

A limited number of trash bags

Dishwashing detergent

One sponge

Salt and pepper

Cooking oil

Coffee maker

Coffee is not provided.



Please inspect the starter supplies after arrival. If a listed item is missing, contact us immediately through the booking platform so we can arrange assistance.



Interaction with Guests:

The home offers convenient self check-in and self check-out. Although our team will not be present at the property, we remain available through the booking platform’s messaging system to answer questions and assist whenever possible.



This is a self-catering vacation home, allowing guests to enjoy the property independently and at their own pace.
