This 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath townhouse at Le Reve offers 1,752 square feet arranged for families who want the parks close and the evenings calm. The screened private pool sits just off the living room, so the afternoon swim starts the moment the park bags hit the floor, and the removable safety fence stays up while small children are around. Two of the four bedrooms have their own bathrooms, which settles the morning routine before anyone reaches the car. The two rooms the children will argue over are themed, one for 101 Dalmatians and one for Mickey and Minnie, each with its own television. The open kitchen, the dining table for eight and the four stools at the island keep the whole group in the same room at dinner, and the laundry inside the house means you pack lighter and go home with clean clothes.

Le Reve is a residential vacation community in Kissimmee, quiet enough that the children can walk to the community pool and back.
