During your stay, you will have exclusive and private access to the entire home. This includes all 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, the fully equipped kitchen, living and dining areas, the theater and game room, and the private outdoor area with its pool and BBQ. There are no shared spaces on the property. You will have access to a private driveway for parking and a smart lock for easy, keyless entry.

We prioritize your privacy for an uninterrupted vacation experience. This is a self check-in property, and we will not be on-site during your stay. However, we are always available and responsive via the booking platform messenger should you have any questions or need assistance. Your comfort is our top priority.

Self Check-In: This is a self check-in property with a smart lock. Detailed access instructions and your unique code will be provided prior to your arrival.

Pool Heating: The brand-new pool heater is available for an additional fee of $25.00 per day. Please let us know in advance if you would like to add this service. Please note that pool temperature can vary depending on weather conditions.

Security: For your safety, outdoor areas of the property are monitored by security cameras. There are absolutely no cameras or recording devices inside the home.

Supplies: We provide a starter set of basic supplies (e.g., toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags) for your convenience. For longer stays, additional supplies can be purchased at nearby local stores.
SECURITY DEPOSIT

A refundable $500 security deposit is required for Vrbo and direct bookings. It is handled securely through our payment processor before check-in and is separate from the rental total. Any deductions must be supported by documentation and permitted under the booking terms. The remaining deposit will be released or refunded after checkout and inspection.
