This 5-bedroom, 5.5-bath house in Windsor at Westside spreads 2,622 square feet over two floors, so twelve people can travel together without living on top of each other. The garage became a Spider-Man game room: a floor-to-ceiling mural of the hero over the city skyline, red and blue walls, a pool table, foosball, air hockey and a TV with a sofa, which is where the hours between park days go. Two of the second-floor bedrooms are themed, one for Mickey Mouse and one for the Minions, and they are what the children will talk about for the rest of the year. The screened pool sits at the back of the lot facing open lawn instead of the neighbor's wall, and the covered lanai holds a table for six for the nights when nobody wants to get back in the car. The kitchen has granite counters, stainless appliances and a breakfast bar with four stools, and the laundry room settles the suitcase problem before the flight home.

Resort Amenities

Windsor at Westside is built around a 10,000 sq ft clubhouse with a zero-entry resort pool, a water slide, a lazy river and a jacuzzi, plus a water playground for the smallest ones. The Tu Casa Bar & Lounge serves food and drinks poolside, the arcade takes over when the sun is too strong, and the resort also has a fitness center, a market and deli, a sand volleyball court, a multipurpose court, a kids' playground and a lake with a pier. All of it is a short walk or golf cart ride from the house.

Windsor at Westside is a gated resort community in Kissimmee, on Rhodes Street, with quiet streets, sidewalks and families walking to the clubhouse in the evening. Walt Disney World is 10 to 14 minutes by car, Universal Orlando 25 to 32, and Orlando International Airport 30 to 38. A Walmart for groceries and pool floats is 5 to 10 minutes away, and Vineland Premium Outlets 12 to 18. Restaurants and supermarkets line the roads just outside the gate.
The house is a few minutes from State Road 429, which is the fast way to the Disney parks and connects to I-4 for Universal, SeaWorld and the outlets. Free parking on the driveway fits more than one car, so a rental is the easiest way to move around. Rideshare works well in the area for the days you would rather leave the car parked, and grocery delivery reaches the door.
