Loved the space of the house, was super great for a large group! The house was nice, and the pool area was beautiful. However, I was never asked if we would like to pay an additional fee to have the pool and hot tub heated (I would’ve gladly paid the fee). When I learned about this option after we checked in, I was told we’re would be charged an additional fee to have someone come out to turn it on since we had already checked in. So 1 fee for the heat and 1 fee for coming out after check in. I said yes, I’m still interested and never heard anything back. So the beautiful pool area was unusable for us as the water was too cold. If you’re planning on cooking in the kitchen, know that only one drive burner works and kitchen accessories are limited. There were some knives available, but none sharp enough to cut through an onion.
