The ideal family holiday home

My family and I enjoyed our two week stay at this property. Located a short driving distance (around 15 minutes) from the Disney parks and about 30 minutes from Universal and very near lots of restaurants and shops. The splash park/lazy river on site is ideal for the lazier days and free to use. My boys really enjoyed it here. The villa itself is modern, very spacious and worked well for our family. Having a master bedroom downstairs and another master upstairs with the remaining bedrooms was useful. The pool was a decent size too and the only thing it possibly could benefit from is a couple of sun loungers, however it was so hot we probably wouldn’t have used them much. Communication with Magic Vacation homes was clear and straight forward (detailed emails with instructions) and when we did email them a question we got a very fast response. Would recommend for a large family group.

Christmas in Disney

I’m nit picky and OCD so overall very clean until you look under refrigerator, Washer and dryer and stove. It took me a day and my husband kept reminding me it is a rental not my residence! Overall after everyone else enjoyed very much. Crying cat next door very annoying as it was locked outside day n night. Would definitely rebook a family stay again. Great easy access to Disney Parks and shopping.

Clean and spacious home. 15 to 20 minute drive to disney parks. Host was very helpful and nice. The home was just updates and we were amazed on how nice and comfortable the home was. Would definitely book again!

We enjoyed our stay, the property is close to Disney which was our main reason for choosing it. The kids love the community waterpark. The only thing we didn’t use the grill we paid for but didn’t get the refund. I would come back.

Family Vacation to celebrate 2 grandson's 5th Birthday

We had a wonderful time in the property it was large enough for everyone to have plenty of space of their own resort had enough to do without being so large that you lost your group. The two queen beds need something extra mattress' are super hard and uncomfortable. My grown kids were hurting so bad after one night's rest the two king beds were comfortable.

Family Vacation

Our stay was great however we could not find lights to the pool. So once it was dark swimming could not be done. The oven didn’t cook evenly. The dryer took about 3 cycles to dry clothes (a normal load). The mattresses felt cheap. We should not have had to rent the grill with amount we paid for the rental. We did enjoy the upstairs living room especially for having a 5 month old and 7 month old. The fact that 2 playpens were supplied was great for our family. Overall, we did enjoy our stay.

Wonderful experience!

We had a great time staying here for the week. It was the perfect spot to enjoy Disney from - easy/short drive to all parks, quiet and comfortable, short walk to community pool and clean/fun pool and sauna to ourselves! Lots of room to spread out, everything we needed, and great communication all week! Would definitely recommend to others!

Great house

The house was great! The location of the house was next to the club house and basketball court which was great since we had a bunch of kids. The only downfall was the pool gate was bent and you can not secure it so my 1.5 year old son could get through it. There was only one light on the patio so it was very dark which I had message the owners about since none of the other lights were working and someone was suppose to come fix them but I don’t think they ever did. It was just to dark for the smaller kids to swim at night because of this. If you’re looking for them nice comfortable hotel beds this place won’t be for you. Most of the beds were very hard but 2 but our overall stay was great and I would recommend this house! The people did reply back very fast and the check in and out process was very easy. I will say to the house is in a great location close to shops and Walmart and Disney but the traffic in this area is terrible so don’t plan on getting any where very quickly. The house was very clean and they did provide us with some essentials to get started like laundry and dish soap. We didn’t need anything extra because like blankets or such it was provided they even had beach toys and blenders in the closet as well as pack and plays and high chair for the baby! Like I said I would recommend the house and stay here again!

Spacious Home

We enjoyed our stay at 9062 Rhodes. Property management was spot on when we had questions. Just a couple of items that could be addressed was lighting in the pool, hot tub and deck area. Way too dark to swim or enjoy the hot tub, in the evening. Second thing is that the house could use a paint job inside, but it was clean! Which we were very happy with. Garbage was picked up every day! More than enough room for all of us. The community pool was beautiful, clean pristine. Beautiful Gardens well kept property. Overall wonderful stay, and yes we would go back!
