Family vacation 2024

Husband and I stayed in house 3 weeks- the last week my daughters, their husbands and 5 grand babies joined us. House was roomy, very clean and convenient to lots of attractions and restaurants. We paid to have the pool heated which was great for nighttime swims. Home has all the essentials you need, 2 playpens, 2 highchairs & 2 Billy strollers. It would have been nice to have a couple blankets available as not everyone wanted it cool for sleeping and coffee mugs are more like teacups. We would definitely go back and stay in this beautiful home.

A few minor things. The pool heat quit on the 3rd day. Called on the 4th and it was fixed - breaker I think but we didn’t realize it wasn’t heating right away. All else was good

beautiful home, and resort, felt safe, everything was very clean. Exceptional customer service. improvements: towel bars in all bathrooms. hot water in kitchen (it was warm at best). instructions on checkout rather confusing. I did not read any regarding having to contact someone when we left, but I would have gladly done that as we departed at 8 a.m. so the cleaning crew could have come then. otherwise, fabulous accommodations.

Nice home and great resort amenities

The home is exactly as described and was clean. Communication was great and property management was very helpful through the process. The resort amenities are an extra bonus, as they provided so much to do and are nicely taken care of. We will definitely stay here again!

Park party

We stayed for three weeks in a five bed, five bathroom villa. The villa was just perfect, modern, clean and no weird owners dictating rules and regulations! Clean lines, modern decor with good quality furnishings made coming back after a long park something to relish. Would 100% recommend. Thank you

Much needed

This property was exactly what was advertised and more. It had a feeling of home. The resort and water park was great. My only issue was the house next door was a bit loud at times, other than that the stay was perfect. I anticipate using this property in the future.

Comfortable and lots of fun!

We had an unusual experience of this home because I (Mom) got sick! So i used the amazing first floor master as my recuperation suite and my husband and kids enjoyed the rest of the house, with lots of family time on the back patio. The kids couldn’t get enough of the pool, which was bigger than I’d expected and very warm with the paid pool heating. The beds were very comfortable and everything was very clean.

Perfect for a large group!

This house was perfect for multiple families and lots of kids. Having a bathroom in every bedroom and one by the pool is so nice. We felt spread out, had extra living space we didn’t even need, and the kids were super entertained. Community pool area was awesome. Felt safe, clean, and high-quality. Furniture and linens were really nice. Plenty of nice dishes, cookware, towels. We’ve stayed in multiple properties in this area that are similar to this, but this was our favorite by far!

Awesome rental

Although on the pricey side, this rental was exactly as described- or better! The house was in top notch condition and was as pictured. The resort was very well run with friendly staff and the amenities were second to none. There were 6 adults and one small child and this rental was a real treat. Would highly recommend.

Pre-Christmas Family get together

This property was exactly as described on the listing (props to the management team) and very clean and inviting; it felt homely. The community was very safe and quiet. The pool was heated during our stay which was a plus. We did not get a chance to visit the clubhouse and enjoy the amenities but it looks very inviting and a must do on our next trip. Overall we totally enjoyed our time here and would go back for future stays. I would totally recommend this vacation rental.

Great house Highly recommended for family trips

The house was nice and clean, the playroom and the pool are perfect. Our stay was short but we will comeback for a longer stay. Definitely recommended for a large family. Enough space, bedrooms and bathrooms.

Awesome getaway from drab Ohio

We just loved this place! We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property. The house is a newer build and is in a still-being-constructed area. This wasn't an issue for us, but it was a little noisy at times. The pics are very accurate of the house, the house was very clean, and it is well furnished. The furniture is all new and some had the letter stickers still on it from assembly. Some pieces looked a little unstable, but thankfully nothing gave way! Although we are passed the ages that would need them, I did take notice that there is quite a bit of nice baby gear -- high chairs, strollers, pack n plays. Definitely nice if you have need of these. My kids LOVED the house. They loved the game room. They loved the bedrooms upstairs. As a family, we enjoyed the loft upstairs. It was a very cozy place to watch a movie and play a board game. The patio and the pool were also great! There were a couple of pieces of tile missing around the filter, but other than that, it was clean, heated (thank you for the added special!), and a great addition to the stay. One area we thought lacking (and this is a little nit picky) is that there is zero pantry items... including filters for the coffee maker. (However, in all fairness, it is a keurig with both a single and carafe option.) Most everything you would need to make food in as well as serve it was there, but you'll have to go to the store for every single ingredient needed -- there's not even a salt or pepper. Being a family of six, we typically like to be able to cook some on our vacations to help with overall cost and nutrition. We ended up eating toastable items in the mornings and ate out the rest of the time. Certainly not a deal breaker, but I would pack accordingly next time. And then there is the clubhouse... Our kids are 13,12,9,&7, and the clubhouse was PERFECT for our family. There was a little of everything for them and even the day it rained, we were able to head to the arcade (all the games are free) and play for a couple of hours. The onsite restaurant was also good. It was really nice to not have to leave the community and deal with heavy traffic every time we wanted to go do something. With that, though, there is a lot to do in the area. Being centrally located, we went to an Atlantic coast beach one day, Clearwater beach another, Legoland (a little to the south), and local adventures the other days. Definitely a good stay and would love to stay there again!

Awesome place

This house was beautiful, new and clean! A great size for the 8 of us. Loved how each room had it's own bathroom. Also loved that the pool was larger and nicely warmed! The resort pool area was a great place to hang out! I would like to suggest that you add some plastic tumblers, grilling utensils for those that chose to rent a grill and kitchen dish clothes. A few more bath towels would have been nice too. Overall it was a great place! Blue Sky Villas is a great rental company to work with! We were very impressed with how quickly they answer questions!
